Wanted a hotel in the Arlington/Grand Prairie area for two nights (4/30-5/2)

Used PRICELINE link here at BB...

First bid (47) rejected.

I was offered free rebid if I increased my bid by $15. I opted to go for adding areas with smaller increases.

Free rebid of 50 rejected.

Free rebid of 53 accepted.

Total cost for two nights, including taxes and fees, was $129.98

Lowest price if booked directly on hotel website was $277.50.

Thanks, Better Bidding!

Congrats on your win! I am trying to "win" this hotel for 06/24-06/26/11 and I was wondering if you knew which zones I could add to re-bid. I also failed at $47.00/night. I would like to rebid but don't want to win anything in a different area. Any advice would be appreciated! And yes I followed the link from this site!!!!

6kings02,

Please post and continue discussion for your stay in your current Priceline Arlington thread... if you ask about re-bidding there we'll break it down further for you so that you learn how to determine your re-bid zones on your own, as they need to be double checked before EVERY bidding cycle to make sure you don't end up in an area you didn't intend.

Thanks.
