Welcome to BetterBidding.

There is no "best time on the day" to bid. PRICELINE don't work that way. But you can be favored by bidding in the "last minute" for some zones. But this don't fly for all cities/zones. So it's not always good to wait with your bidding.

I'd guess for a 3* you're probably looking at ~$65-$75... maybe a little more $75-$85 for a 3.5*.

What is your maximum bid for this stay? If the above rates are acceptable, did you want to try for a 3.5* up to your limit first, then if rejected try for a 3*... OR is your goal the least expensive 3* or better for this stay?

If these rates are not acceptable, what is the best rate you're able to find thru conventional booking channels?
