First wanted to thank you for such an awesome web site. Also wanted to share what I consider a killer win.

Previous 2 bids starting at $39 for a 3 * was rejected. Finally won at $46.

July 3 - July 4

Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $46.00

Subtotal: $46.00

Taxes & Fees: $14.18

Total Charges*: $60.18

Checked the hotel website, same room is going for $249.00.

Congrats on your success and Welcome to Betterbidding. :)

Very nice deal for this RI property. PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy; while you can negotiate with the hotel, it may be unable or unwilling to grant the request. In this case, the RI properties generally offer a sofa bed in the room if they are not able to give you a room w/2 beds (or charge you more, which is also a possibility.)

Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Enjoy your stay.

Just wanted to provide a followup to this post. We had no issue staying here with our 2 children. The room was very nice and the kids were able to sleep on the pull out sofa no problem. Unfortunately the day we were there someone had broken glass in the pool and they were in the process of draining. Not much you can do about that.

Thanks again thanks to BetterBidding.com for proving a great service for all of us bargain hunters!
