RudyRudy
I am attending a medical training course at the Wynn from March 11 - 13 and saw on better bidding that most of the 5* "wins" in the "Strip North" were the Wynn. I wanted to stay at the hotel where the meeting was being held. After haggling I was quoted a best rate of $725 including tax from the hotel reservations center. I thought that if I could get a 5* in Las Vegas on PRICELINE in the Strip North region for those dates that odds on it would be the Wynn.Bid History:Zones7: $701,7: $801,2,7: $901,2,3,7: $1001,2,3,4,7: $1051,2,3,4,5,7: $1101,2,3,4,5,6,7: $1151,2,3,4,5,6,7,11: $1201,2,3,4,5,6,7,11,12: $1251,2,3,4,5,6,7,11,12,13: $135Total for room ($405), tax and fees ($63.45) and travel insurance ($15): $483.45A savings of $242 for the 3 nite stay compared to the "best rate".
