Quick update:

Hotel was built in 2000 and is in good condition. The king room I had was bigger than an average hotel room (such as the Wilmington Courtyard). The hvac system worked great - the fan stayed on all of the time. (I hate hvac systems where the fan only turns on when the room needs to be heated or cooled - but then turns itself off...)

Free breakfast included hot items such as bacon, sausage and eggs.

Internet access is wireless.

Swimming pool is outdoors and non-heated. hot tub is indoors.
