herren911
We are Disneyland AP holders and stayed here from February 23-25, 2005 during a short trip. We have two children, ages 4 & 6. We used Priceline when booking the hotel for this trip and ended up getting $38 per night (w/o taxes) in room 303. The hotel is in Placentia, just a 10-12 minute trip up the 57 Freeway from the Disney parking garage. The hotel was clean and is surrounded by office buildings and some light industrial. The room was average size with two queens. The seperate bathroom had the sink, toilet and shower/tub together. No microwave or refrigerator here, but there was free wireless internet access available in the room. The continental breakfast was quite good. It included toast, bagels, donuts, cold cereal, self-serve waffle maker, fruit, milk, juices and coffee. Complimentary USA Today's were available for pick up in the lobby. We didn't have to call on the staff other than during check-in & out. They were friendly enough. There is an outdoor pool, but we didn't make use of it as we spent our time at the Disneyland Resort, heading out early and coming home late. If you don't mind a short drive, the price including the breakfast and internet access are tough to beat. Link to comment
