I wasn't expecting to win on my second bid:

Yesterday I bid $13 (+$116.68) and the "winning bid" was $19 today and $18 yesterday. I was also checking Hotwire (which seems to update multiple times per day: $340.76 at 8:30AM & $366.76 at 11:30AM). Expedia.ca also had a C$384.46 prepay for a Taurus from Budget.
