Just as an update: we didn't get the Junior Suite with jacuzzi but they didn't stuff us into a double room either. We got a corner room with a mini-bar but no coffee making facilities, a large bathroom (by European standards), and extra bed already made even though we didn't ask for it, which was a nice touch.

I've also written a review of the hotel for others hoping to stay within the Old Madrid-Bourbon Madrid area. It's closer to the boundary of Priceline's area for Old Madrid-Bourbon Madrid and may, or may not be, what people want if they want quick access to transport or tourist spots.
