gouldmanj Posted August 3, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 3, 2010 Thanks for the help, I couldn't figure out on my own how to find the amenities after I booked.They were:Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s)Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Accessgot in late - around 10:30pm and left late around 11:30am. room furnishing were datedwe were on the 7th floor by the elevator and it was a bit loud (from both the elevator and the highway traffic), but we fell asleep quickly so not a big deal.HOWEVER, shower in the morning was VERY cold. Called downstairs and they told me to let it run awhile, but we already had. Was transferred to manager and he asked if we were staying another night, I told him no, and he said that he would adjust our bill. I didn't mention that we booked via hotwire. Not sure if he took off our $10 parking or not (have been on the road and haven't checked credit card statement yet). However, I wasn't looking for $ back. Just wanted it taken care of for the next guest.ALSO, left a personal pillow in the room and I followed up with a phone call to Lost & Found - had to leave a voicemail - they haven't called me back. DISAPPOINTING. (I will call again, but disappointed that I haven't had a return phone call). Link to comment
