thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your success!Glad to see you received the hotel you were hoping for and that you're happy with the results. I think i would have sooner used re-bid zones (see Priceline Re-Bidding Explained if you're not familiar with re-bidding) instead of changing the dates so that you didn't have to rely on PRICELINE's "extend your stay option".Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay. jcm81
Which casino parking lot is closest to the Sheraton? Is casino parking $5 per day or $5 per visit? I don't plan to move my car during our visit, so this could be much cheaper. I agree that $20/day is too much for parking when the room is only $70. Link to comment
thereuare
Enter the address of the Sheraton (2 Miss America Way, Atlantic City) into the search box at MAPS and HOTELS.com and you'll be able to see all the nearby hotels for alternate parking options. :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment

Pretty decent if you ask me. Link to comment

thepirate08
five bucks is a nice rate, but have you done the walk to the Sheraton from Caesars or Trump at 1:00 AM? LOL, i know what you are implying but I dont think a majority of the posters here are of that age group to be up at those hours, if you find yourself in this category I advise Atlantic City street walking at these hours is dangerous and an invitation to crime. fakenamejack
no, i have not done the walk and do not plan to EVER do itthat's why i plan to park at whichever casino is $5 per STAY and leave it for a few daysi do plan to move it daily within the garage so that it does not appear forgotten and appealing to car theif :) Link to comment
fakenamejack
just got backstill a nice hotel but some hiccups at the front deskpriceline books the "extend a night" option as a separate reservation so you have to check out at the end of your original and then check in under the new/additional reservationnot a problem this time however the clerk said if the are full they may have you move roomi think thats wrongalso priceline books a regular/basic roomi called ahead to request a mini fridge but of course it was not ready when we checked inso i bitched and got an upgrade to the room that has the "nicer" decor, mini frdige and microwave, and ipod clock/radioall in alla good deal via pricelinebut not worth regular rates :) Link to comment
