    Looking for a Disney Hotel

Are you ready to commit at this moment, as we can either: 1) provide a link directly to the offer for your dates with 3adults/1child that we believe is the Coronado, but it will expire about 30 minutes after it's posted (just the nature of HOTWIRE links to search results... they expire shortly after the search so i would only post this link if you're ready to make the purchase, otherwise it won't be of any use) 2) the full description of what we believe to be the Coronado and u search for the same within the BiddingHelper.com Let us know how you'd like to proceed.

Help identifying 5* hotel in Rome

HOTWIRE doesn't assign a star rating to this property (could be for a variety of reasons) and there are literally hundreds of '0 star' hotels on any given search location which substantially slows down the loading of the map (often crashing the browser), so we don't display a hotel unless it has a star rating. Anyway, i have found the hotel and built a link for you (please confirm the correct hotel and dates on the landing page): Mood 44 (or THIS LINK if you need to search for alternate dates) Thanks.

    Help identifying Vegas 5*

Welcome to BetterBidding! I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases to ensure you're seeing the complete amenity set and for an easy comparison of PRICELINE vs. HOTWIRE, as well as to use our new IS THIS A GOOD PRICE feature). If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: 5* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Fountains for $84.87 Free Parking Pet Friendly Boutique Casino Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Tennis Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> if this is what you're seeing, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas would be my best guess for this one Does this work for your plans this trip? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
  5. Welcome (officially) to BetterBidding! Glad to see you're pleased with the win and are looking forward to your trip. Can you please add a reply to this thread with the room rate per nite and the date(s) of your stay so we can add this information to the topic title and have this win appear in the Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins. Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great stay.

    Hot Rates For Vegas 4/27-29

You can use one of our other sites, RateDrop, to 'watch' rates for you. You set the price you want to be notified if the rate drops, and receive an email if it gets there... a big time saver rather than constantly searching on your own (and maybe the price drops and goes back up in between your searches). Thanks for closing this thread with your decision and just post a reply here should you need further help with a future listing for this trip.
  7. Sorry for the confusion... we have it correctly listed as 'Hot Rate Hotels' in the Hotwire Coupon list and at BiddingHelper.com. I will edit the one at the top of the page now to indicate '$200+ HotRate Hotel purchase'.

    4.5* Bonnet Creek 5/15-5/19 - $214/nt

This will be part of a split stay using DVC points. Prefer something in the Bonnet Creek area at least 4*. Also considering using AP discount to reserve a moderate. Based on a prior post from 2018 I found it appears this property is most likely the Swan. The resort fee shows up on the final page before purchase.

  10. JEXPS, Welcome to BetterBidding! As this thread is nearly 4 years old and the OP may not see your question, i will provide some general information: -all PRICELINE reservations (unless otherwise indicated) are booked for double occupancy, after that it is at the discretion of the hotel. Even if a bed choice of 2 Queen beds (or some other configuration that can accommodate 3/4 guests) is shown, the reservation is still technically for double occupancy, although i don't know of anyone who has yet had an issue showing up with 3/4 when the room is designed to accommodate this number of guests With the above noted, a few TIPS to avoid any issues: -i would not try this at an all-inclusive property or a location where wristbands are required to use certain features (ie- the water park at Atlantis in the Bahamas) as the types of situations almost always require an additional fee for more than double occupancy -you can minimize the chances of any problems by only have 2 guests go to the check-in counter while the other(s) go begin to explore the hotel. Easier to do in a place like Las Vegas where the hotels are large, the check-in desk is not by the front door and only guests of the hotel are coming/going.... more difficult to do at a low star rated hotel in a rural area where the front desk is there to see everyone coming/going -HOTWIRE allows searches for up to quad occupancy and guarantees 'sleeping accommodations' (often means 2 beds in the room but could include a pullout sofabed or rollaway brought into the room) for everyone included in the search, so that is another option if/when a 'bed choice' with 2 beds is not offered -usually less of a risk if the 3rd/4th guests are children (the younger / smaller the better) than if the extra guests are adults Lastly, there is often 'location specific' advice. For example, a high percentage of hotel rooms in Orlando are designed for families and the hotel is used to seeing groups of 3/4/more so the risk in a family-friendly place such as this is less vs. for example NYC where the opposite is true (rooms are usually smaller, often designed for a solo business traveler, etc) If you'd like specific suggestions for your particular situation please feel free to start a NEW TOPIC with the parameters of your trip (location, dates, budget, number of guests, etc) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

    4.5* in Wailea

Great, thank you for the additional information. So basically 2 hotel rooms is what is needed, which opens up the possibility of Bidding on Priceline. It comes down to how much you would like the (likely) outcome of the Fairmont (which has excellent reviews) vs. being willing to accept any 4.5 star (or higher) hotel in this zone. Using the current BetterBidding Priceline Coupon you could bring that room rate down to about $288, so how much additional savings would you need in order to make the risk of landing a different property worthwhile? Some people are looking for the absolute cheapest price so any savings makes it worthwhile to them... others like to have a good sense of the hotel they may likely receive and require a more substantial discount to make bidding worthwhile. If you'd like to give bidding a try let us know your maximum bid (using the numbers above $288 less how much discount you would need to make the 'more unknown' of bidding worthwhile) and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow... otherwise you can use this 5 star Wailea - Makena hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) which is already pre-populated for 2 rooms. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes (if you take the offer above) or how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.

    Universal hotel

Look at this info and let me know of any guesses- I’m thinking this is a hotel that Hotwire does not advertise on their site. The all suites hotel is interesting as I don’t see any that would match up to that. 3-star All-suites Hotel in Universal Orlando Resort area 1 Room, 2 Adults, 2 Children Wed, Mar 27 - Fri, Mar 29 Free breakfast, Free parking, Free internet, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center rated exceptional 4.9/5.0 reg price $293- 29% off= $209/night
  18. Welcome to BetterBidding! Please include the room rate per nite in future posts as it helps make it easier for us to find the same hotel among the offers when we replicate your search. For this Priceline Express hotel offer: 2* Williams (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $55/nite with: Pets Allowed Free Parking Free Internet available Free Internet ==> Econo Lodge Inn and Suites would be my best guess for this one Does this work for your plans this trip? If not, let us know more about what it is that you're looking for in a hotel, as well as your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes), and we'll take it from there. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Help ID'ing Priceline Express deal

Not necessarily... sometimes the best deals (and inventory) are found very early, sometimes close to check-in; it all depends upon how accurately the hotel estimates demand for a given set of dates. A hotel can be expecting low occupancy for your dates above and decide to put inventory on PRICELINE / HOTWIRE at which point it would pay to be searching early; on the other hand as dates draw near maybe the hotel has greater occupancy than expected and does not give (or pulls) any inventory to the opaque suppliers. I'm currently seeing the All-Star properties around the same price as your current booking, should any of these be of interest (confirm all dates on the landing page of the link provided): Sports for $129/nite Music for $129/nite Movies for $140/nite I'm also seeing the Disney Dolphin for $151/nite if this is of any interest. You can also use one of our other sites, RateDrop, to monitor prices at all of the Disney hotels for your specific dates... set the price for each hotel that you'd be interested in purchasing and the system will monitor rates for your dates and send you an email should any of the hotels drop to that price. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Keep us updated on your progress and let us know how we can be of further help along the way.
  21. Glad to see you received the hotel you were hoping for and thank you for concluding this old thread. Please remember to follow-up your threads with your results/decisions as you receive them so that the information can best help others in a timely manner. Hope you enjoyed your stay.
  22. The Priceline Express Hotel List contains hotels (and their amenity sets) that have previously been reported to the board, which is why this hotel didn't appear there earlier. However, note that the amenities of the hotel you purchased don't match what has been seen to be the amenities associated with the Rosen Plaza, which should have been your second clue that this was likely some other property (the first clue being that our research/guess for this property was Westgate, which it was) Not sure if this is what you were expecting or not, but either way hope it works well for your plans and you enjoy your stay. Thank you for using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your purchase and helping us confirm this property for the Orlando Priceline Hotel List. Enjoy your stay.
  23. GREAT... glad to hear it all worked out! Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great stay!

    Miami beach

I'm not understanding your maximum bid price of $350 if you're able to target the hotel you want for just $301 ($317 - 5% using the BetterBidding Priceline Coupon)? I'm i missing or not understanding something correctly? ... and to further answer your question above, when Naming Your Own Price we can't say if you will win the Nobu or some other 5 star rated hotel. When bidding on PRICELINE you need to be willing to accept any hotel at that star rating (or higher); there is no way to target or increase your chances of winning the Nobu. With PRICELINE EXPRESS you can research the specific property offered (as we have done above) and take an educated guess as to the likely outcome(s). Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes if you take the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer above...or your maximum bid if you would still like to move forward by Bidding on Priceline.
  25. Thank you for closing this thread with your decision.
  26. Congratulations on your success! Nice to see you were able to find an inexpensive deal at this property at the last minute. Bonnet Creek Hotel 4/27-5/4

Welcome to BetterBidding! For this Priceline Express hotel offer: 4* Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $93/nite with: Pets Allowed Business Center Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> indeed, the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek would be my best guess for this one Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. NYC hotels

Welcome to BetterBidding! Rates are low for these dates (tbh, i'm somewhat surprised given the length of your stay) but depending upon how flexible you are in terms of zones, these are my thoughts... If you're flexible on zones i would suggest taking this Priceline Express offer (w/ the extra 5% discount offered thru the board's Priceline Coupon): 4.5* Madison Square Garden - Convention Area (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $150/nite with: Pets Allowed Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Free Internet in room Fitness Center Free Internet in public areas ==> best guess for this property would be the Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan which is a fairly new hotel, gets excellent reviews, and is centrally located a couple of blocks from Penn Station for easy access to multiple subway lines. Not sure how you feel about this area, but it's just south of Hell's Kitchen and north of Greenwich Village, both of which you mentioned as being desirable (so i would think this would offer good access to both). Could you possibly bid on PRICELINE and get this for slightly less, but i wouldn't necessary want to take the risk of potentially landing a different 4.5* property in the zone in hope of saving a few dollars. If you're 'set' on the zones above, we can suggest a bidding strategy for you to follow, and you should be successful at under $175/nite, but again, you would need to willing to accept any 4.5 star (or higher) rated hotel in the zones that you're bidding, which puts something like Kimpton Ink48 Hotel New York into play (ie- a 4.5* hotel in the Hell's Kitchen zone) which gets very good reviews, but not exactly the most central of locations. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know your thoughts on the above (or how it goes if you take the guessed Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan offer above) and how you'd like to proceed, and we'll take it from there. PS- if you're new to priceline bidding, or if you bid often, you may notice that the Name Your Own Price is becoming more difficult to find as priceline is constantly moving/hiding it, we have therefore created the following page for easy access which you can bookmark and/or use: BiddingForHotelRooms.com
