  2. Congratulations on your success... and good to see that you're able to travel again! We're glad to hear you're finding our latest Hotels Revealed site useful; given the slowdown in travel we tried to use the time to develop new tools and make the entire hotel research process quicker and easier. Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great trip!
  3. Hi all, It's been a while since I used Priceline thanks to corona but made use of your absolutely superb Hotels Revealed tool. Needed an ORD hotel for a one night layover and this is well reviewed and reliable. The rate was $51 and I also used your BBJAN22 Priceline Coupon code and used all of your links. I shed a tear to learn that NYOP is dead and gone but these tools make it even better dare I say. Thanks as ever.

  5. Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you received a great deal at the hotel you were hoping to land... we're happy to have been able to help. Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great trip!
  6. Thereuare - Success! 😀 Clicked thru your HOTWIRE link RevealHotels , decided to do midweek 1/17 for 3 nights - Got the Embarc Palm Desert, price was 139.00 p/n. With the resort fees, we still stayed within budget 🤑 Thanks again for all of your help - Much appreciated!!

Did you get that hotel offer to appear or find anything else of interest that works for your plans?
  8. If you don't need to be there over the weekend i'd focus on Sun-Thur nites (Friday departure is OK) if looking to save money. Good luck and let us know whatever you decide or how we can be of further help.
  9. Yes...I meant it is all do-able - I will definitely look again. ill use the links thru the site & update here if we book something
  10. Did you mean to say you don't have flexibility... or that leaving Sun 1/16 or Monday 1/7 is do-able? The Embarc Palm Desert does look to be available for 1/12-1/15 for $159 (plus taxes, resort fee, etc)... if you are flexible and can go from 1/11-1/14 the rate drops to $119/nite and is then within your budget even when considering the resort fee; it's the weekend nites that are going to increase the cost.
  11. Hi Thereuare! Thanks for responding!! 😀 - It's good to see the site is still active! Thanks for the info on the NYOP bidding - I didn't realize it had stopped!! I made a mistake on the arrival day, We were thinking of leaving this Wed 1/12 for the 3 nights, but the pricing jumped almost 100.00 on some of the places I was watching using the new tools you have implemented. That being said, I have flexibility on when we can go, so leaving on Sunday 1/16 or even Monday the 17th is not doable to get better pricing!! We have not traveled much so I'm "comfortable" on a budget of $200.00 p/n to get a really nice beautiful stay! I do have to keep in mind that some of these resorts have an added fee p/n resort fee, the Embarc Palm Desert included, but it does look really nice!! 😀
  12. Hi allybunnie, Happy New Year and good to see you around the board! There is no more NYOP Bidding on priceline, so your current options are: PRICELINE EXPRESS HOTWIRE PriceBreakers (new product from priceline, they show you 3 hotels and you're guaranteed to get one of the three) While travel has been curtailed over the last year, we have not been resting... we just released a bunch of new tools to assist users with researching the hotels from each service (i've listed each below but you can use the 'REVEAL HOTELS' drop down in the header at the top of the page to access in the future): RevealHotels (Hotwire) ExpressGuess (Priceline Express) 1of3Guarantee (PriceBreakers) You didn't mention your budget, but I am seeing: Embarc Palm Desert for $179/nite over the 3 nites... would this property work for your needs? (the price drops to $139/nite if you're able to stay Sun-Wed instead of Sat-Tues) Let us know how you make out with the site(s) above and how we can be of further help.
  13. Hi & Happy New Year! I am wondering the best way to approach obtaining info/identifying hotels here thru better bidding? ALWAYS had great info help in the past, but haven't really travelled much since the "rona" happened - Looking to try to hit up Palm Desert CA 1/15/2022 for 3 nights. Looking for a really nice hotel without breaking the bank! Is it best for bidding strategies on Priceline? Express Deals? Any suggestions welcomed! Appreciate all that has happened in the past, but I know the travel we all had before has changed so much

I'm not seeing this offer (which would not be uncommon for PriceBreaker hotels from one search to the next, as well as showing different 'alternative' hotels from the actual underlying property). May i suggest you try to find this same offer via a search at 1of3Guarantee.com ... from there click the blue button and you'll see the name of the underlying hotel. As well, many of the PriceBreaker offers look alike, so using the site linked above will avoid any confusion of us researching a different offer and ensure you're purchasing the hotel you want. Let us know if you have any issues with 1of3Guarantee.com and how it goes or if we can be of further help.

  24. A really nice deal... CONGRATS! It used to be that car rental deals offered some, but not huge savings... but with the recent spike in rental car prices there can certainly be big discounts available. This is great since 'for the most part' car rentals are somewhat of a commodity product; there is usually little difference when comparing Alamo vs. National vs. Budget, where as there can be a big difference between a Hyatt vs. Hilton vs. Marriott. Thanks for sharing your win and have a great time in Vegas! PS- on a recent Vegas trip I visited the Pinball Hall of Fame which was a nice way to spend an hour or so off-strip and away from the casinos (at for someone like myself who spent a large part of my teen years in arcades) and even more worthwhile if you have a car and not paying for the taxi fare to/from. We also stopped by 'container park' which had a very cool vibe and a nice place to relax outdoors with a cocktail (again, taxi fare adds up so nice to do if you have a car (and a designated driver!)). Lastly, we also made an impromptu visit to the Neon Museum which was expensive for what it was and a bit of a letdown.
  25. Hey all I just planned a spur of the moment trip with my mom to Las Vegas for her birthday next week. When I go by myself I often using public transit, but this time decided to rent a car, as we are staying west of the strip at the Palace Station. In any event after checking multiple sites I settled on a $18/day rate through Hotwire. I got a midsize car with National. Below are the details. Hotwire: $17.69 x 3 days : $53.07 Total with taxes/fees: $106.65 National website: $99.17 x 3 days: $297.51 Total with taxes/fees: $408.66 While I was hoping to rent my car through Hertz, as I like their Gold Rewards program and ease of picking up my car, I could stomach the rates they were offering. In addition I also checked on rental locations near the hotel, but most were not open on Sunday (would use the free hotel shuttle and pick up the car the next day). In any event I do like the rate offered through Hotwire and like that is not with one of the cheaper/cut rate rental firms.
  26. Congratulations on your success! Glad you received the hotel you were hoping for and were able to take advantage of our Priceline Coupon... should make for a great pre-holiday getaway! Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your purchase. We're happy to have been able to help. Have a great trip and enjoy Chicago (please have a piece of deep dish for me!)
