I just booked a 4.5* Hotwire hotel in Downtown Denver that turned out to be The Brown Palace. The Brown did not appear as either a 4* or 4.5* on the BB Hotwire hotel list for Downtown Denver so that was a surprise. It's classified as a boutique with fitness center, business, restaurant, etc. I didn't get all the amenities because I didn't expect the Brown to actually show up as my result and closed the window before I could compile. Anyway, beware or be happy, depending on what you think. I was planning to be closer to Union Station but hey, walking's good for you.

4.5* $449 a night in bonnet creek. Looks to be Grand Floridian On the app the same 4.5*s is $505 a night when I draw around the GF. Is there any other 4.5* hotel in the bonnet creek area? Maybe the app room is a different view?

Sorry to hear that... if you haven't reached out to HOTWIRE yet i suspect you will be getting an email shortly "Sorry, the hotel has canceled your reservation". Once you do hear from HOTWIRE i would call them asking if they could transfer to another date (assuming you'll be in the area again in the future) or a discount on a future hotwire purchase. Transferring the stay to another date is worth asking for but has a small chance of happening... odds of getting some Hot Dollars towards a future purchase (in addition to this refund) are pretty good. Thanks for the reply buy sadly this stay will not be happening. The hotel asked me to forward them the reservation email from hotwire. I asked the hotel if i could move the reservation to a date in the future but I'm not sure that will even be a possibility.

Sorry to hear about the wrong ID for this property. We have replicated the issue on our end and are in the process of implementing a fix to minimize the chances of it happening again (while we have an extremely high degree of confidence in our systems, it is impossible to test every possible hotel or scenario, and this search created a rate and unique outlier situation which we have now taken into consideration and incorporated into our algorithm). I went to the Bidding Helper under Hotwire Research and was looking for a 2.5 star Downtown Chattanooga hotel and saw one for $63. The HotelReveal Guess said that it was the Chattanooga Choo Choo, which was great since that's where I was hoping to stay. However, farther down the list, they had a 3-star Downtown Chattanooga hotel for $91 and the Guess said it was ALSO the Chattanooga Choo Choo. So which is it? So since I've used this site before usually with reliable results, I bought the 2.5 star offer for $63 from 3/11 to 3/13. Well, guess what? I did not get the Chattanooga
