Sorry to hear that... if you haven't reached out to HOTWIRE yet i suspect you will be getting an email shortly "Sorry, the hotel has canceled your reservation". Once you do hear from HOTWIRE i would call them asking if they could transfer to another date (assuming you'll be in the area again in the future) or a discount on a future hotwire purchase. Transferring the stay to another date is worth asking for but has a small chance of happening... odds of getting some Hot Dollars towards a future purchase (in addition to this refund) are pretty good. Thanks for the reply buy sadly this stay will not be happening. The hotel asked me to forward them the reservation email from hotwire. I asked the hotel if i could move the reservation to a date in the future but I'm not sure that will even be a possibility.

I called Four Seasons and they don't have an opening date yet for the property though and the reservation is in a couple days. Could it be that they'll be opening in a few days? I went to the Bidding Helper under Hotwire Research and was looking for a 2.5 star Downtown Chattanooga hotel and saw one for $63. The HotelReveal Guess said that it was the Chattanooga Choo Choo, which was great since that's where I was hoping to stay. However, farther down the list, they had a 3-star Downtown Chattanooga hotel for $91 and the Guess said it was ALSO the Chattanooga Choo Choo. So which is it? So since I've used this site before usually with reliable results, I bought the 2.5 star offer for $63 from 3/11 to 3/13. Well, guess what? I did not get the Chattanooga

Definitely happy! Just a note for any future Woodlands goers, I’ve stayed in every 4 star property in the area. This one is the best with the CityPlace Marriott in a close second place due to their lack of hot tub. The Hyatt Centric is beautiful and quirky but the rooms are very small and the pool is positioned in such a manner that it blocks out the sun so there is no getting a tan by the pool there. The floor of the hot tub is also very rough. Hope it helps future travelers narrow it down!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue... What location and dates are you currently searching for so i can try to replicate on my end? As well, what browser (and version) are you using? Are you on a desktop or mobile device? I just tried in both Firefox and Chrome: Montego Bay for April 25-29, just to pick some dates at random, and in both browsers it's working fine. If still not working for you, what exactly is not working... does the tab not load, is the hotel not identified, does some link not work, etc?
