  2. Congratulations on your success! Glad to see we were able to find something that worked out perfectly for your needs and just slightly over your target budget... certainly a great deal given the requirements. Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Enjoy your stay.... and have fun at the baseball game (assuming that is the purpose of the trip)
  3. Today
  4. Using the BiddingHelper.com click the 'regular' HOTWIRE tab (or click this link to HOTWIRE) and filter the results to show 3 star hotels in the Downtown-Little Italy zone... you should see this same listing and it will offer a King Bed option at this same $134/nite rate. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes or how we can be of further help.
  5. Congratulations on your success! Glad to see this win came easy for you and that you're happy with the hotel and deal you received. Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please click the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Enjoy your stay.
  6. Congratulations on your success! Nice to see another successful win and glad it was the hotel you were hoping for this time around. Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your purchase. Enjoy your stay.
  7. I think Urban Boutique Hotel looks excellent! Thank you. How do I know that I won't get a room with a full bed?
  8. First bid 95 USD -accepted - I'm satisfied with this 4 star hotel downtown Baltimore. Free Internet in Public Areas Fitness Center Business Center Restaurant Non-smoking Rooms Valet Parking Cable/Satellite Tv Hair Dryer Room Service Continental Breakfast
  9. Using the method above i think this may be your closest / best option (but if you find something else that seems attractive feel free to post it): 3* HOTWIRE Downtown - Little Italy for $134.00 Complimentary Breakfast Free Internet Pet Friendly Boutique Smoke Free Business ==> Urban Boutique Hotel is my best guess for this one, which Google puts at a 9 minute drive (or 14 minutes via mass transit) Would this work for your plans? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. EDIT TO ADD: i also see The Porto Vista Hotel for $150/nite, but the one above seems to have better reviews, is cheaper, and just about the same commute times; i only mention this one to give you another option or if you were for somehow familiar with this property and wanted to stay here again.
  10. I would search as follows to get a 'first look' at all of the options that meet your criteria: 1) search using our BiddingHelper.com tool 2) after the results are completed in the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab: a) look for the price slider (it's right under the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab) and lower the dollar amount on the right side to $130 (or whatever you think your true limit is) b) on the left side scroll to the star ratings and select 3* and higher (if you hover over the '3 stars' with your cursor you will see a link 'and higher' which will uncheck everything below 3 stars and checkmark everything 3 stars and higher) c) at the top of the search results click the PRICE button which will now sort all of your results by price, lowest to highest 3) repeat 2a-2c in the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab Using the method above do you see any zones that are anywhere near a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive to the stadium? If not, you can start to experimenting with the results above by increasing your budget (using the price slider) and/or lowering your star rating. However, have you considered staying further out and taking mass transit (which if by subway/train/rail might even be quicker than driving, even if you are further out, given how quickly traffic can back up near stadiums on event days)... as far as i know there are a LOT of mass transit options going to Petco Park, and assuming you're heading to a game there, it's a way to start the 'game day' a bit early since most others on the train will also be heading to the game so there is usually a bit of camaraderie (unless of course you're wearing the opposing teams colors!😉) Let us know if you find anything that seems to meet your criteria and we can then aim to identify it (if the 'FIND MATCH in HOTEL LIST' button doesn't give you a 100% match) or how you'd like to proceed. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board.
  11. Hello again! I am looking to stay in San Diego on August 23 and 24, departing on the 25th. I would like to be close (15-20 minute walk or less than 10 minute drive) to Petco park, if possible. However, my main objective is cost savings. I am flexible with stars. I would like to be above 2.5 if possible...unless a low star is a good clean hotel. I am not concerned with amenities - a pool would be a bonus but is not needed. I know this is a long shot but... as close to $100 - $125 is my ideal rate. Suggestions? Thoughts? Thank you!
  12. Thanks for the info... we will investigate using Chrome browser and update here if we learn anything further. Keep us updated on your progress and let us know how we can be of further help with your pursuit of a hotel for this trip. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  13. I got "no guaranteed hotels for this property." I'm using google chrome. In regards to keeping an eye out, I'm not going to pay 160 ish for value. I've done several dozen searches today and I"m not ready to commit at that price. Looking back at past threads it looks like historically there have been some pretty nice deals for value resorts around Jan-March. While that is not guaranteed, I want to keep searching as our dates are flexible. Thanks!
  14. We're happy to help! For this offer (amenity list comes from the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab from our BiddingHelper.com tool): 4.5* Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $275/nite with: Business Center Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> Walt Disney World Swan is our best guess for this one Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
  15. Does it work for you now? If not, can you let us know what happens when you click the button (nothing happens, get a 'loading' message but it hangs, etc??) Also, please let us know more about how you're accessing... iphone, android, Windows xx, browser, etc... anything else that can help us replicate the issue. What you are keeping an eye out for... different hotel, lower price, etc? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  16. You guys rocked last time and guessed my express deal as Waldorf. I’m planning another trip. Thoughts? Details dec 7-14 4.5 stars wdw- bonnet creek area 273 save 60% Hotel Amenities Outdoor Pool No Smoking Rooms/Facilities Fitness Center Accessible Rooms/Facilities Business Center Spa Restaurant Pool About This Area This sprawling area is home to a number of top Disney attractions, including Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Magic Kingdom, putting visitors right in the middle of the action. Visitors here are also within a short drive of SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando. While you're here, don't miss the endless Disney fun, as well as the area's golf and recreation activities.
  17. Thanks for the response. The 3 Star option wouldn't tell me any hotels when I clicked 'find match.' I'll keep an eye out.

  19. Welcome to BetterBidding! Using the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com tool and i'm see this property for $168/nite, which i assume is the one you're also looking at? 3* HOTWIRE Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek for $168.00 Free Internet Resort Shuttle Pool Restaurant Golf Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible ==> the EASY VIEW tab has a button next to this listing 'FIND MATCH in HOTEL LIST' which shows this hotel to be a perfect match for Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, and that would be my best guess for this one Unfortunately there is no way to know if the price will drop, or move even higher, between now and your trip... it all comes down to supply/demand and how actual new reservations/cancellations come in relative to expected new reservations/cancellations. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help.
  20. Hello! This is my first post. I'm starting to look for bonnet creek hotels to stay at in March 2020. I got the following returns and I'm wondering if you have a guess on what hotel this is. Any chance All star Value resorts will drop for this time frame? A friend of mine booked a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal through priceline recently for mid-august and just got All Star Movies for 75 per night. I know that time frame will be the beginning of spring breaks so I'm wondering if waiting might be a good idea or if this is as good as it will get? Thanks! Hotwire: 3-star Resort in Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek area; Listed 32% off from 251 to 170. Amenities: Complimentary Free internet; Airport shuttle; Golf nearby; Pool(s); Resort Restaurant(s) Accessibility Accessible for visually impaired; Accessible for hearing impaired
  21. Sorry to hear you had to cancel this trip, and thank you for closing this thread with your decision. Hopefully you'll reschedule and will be able to travel again soon. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  22. Congratulations on your success and glad to see you're pleased with the results. Not sure if you were expecting something else, but our Washington DC Priceline Hotel List did have this as a 4.5 star property... always feel free to ask the board for help before your purchases if you'd like us to offer our opinion as to what the underlying hotel may be shown by the current offer. Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please click the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Enjoy your stay.
  23. Priceline Express Deal. Amenities were: Free WiFi, pets allowed, No smoking, Fitness Center, Accessible rooms, Restaurant. Priceline Express price was $102 / night. With taxes and fees, it came out to $254 for 2 nights. I’m pretty happy with it. I noticed that it was described as 4.5 stars on the Express page when I was looking but I’ve seen The Darcy listed as 4 stars elsewhere.

  25. Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you received a great deal at this property and that you're happy with the outcome. Thank you for sharing your win and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great trip.
  26. Hi all I started my search for a hotel here using the Hotwire and PRICELINE links. For starters, I thought I had a good deal with Priceline for a 4* hotel @ $111 but had some problems with their website so I moved onto HOTWIRE. In any event, I ended up with the Hilton Denver City Center. Hotwire price summary vs. Hilton.com Hotwire: Room: $228.00 ($114.00 per night x 2 nights x 1 room) Taxes & fees: $63.92 Trip total: $291.92 Trip total per night: $145.96 Hilton: Room: $556 ($283 per night x 2 nights x 1 room) So as you can see even before figuring the taxes on the Hilton.com rate I am better off with Hotwire rate. Finally, the amenities for this hotel are, as follows: Free internet, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower
