  2. Do you mean this one: 3.5* HOTWIRE Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek for $82.73 Free Parking Complimentary Breakfast Free Internet Pet Friendly Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Tennis Kitchenette ==> from the Orlando Hotwire Hotel List this does match previous reports for the Towneplace Suites Orlando @ Flamingo Crossings West Entrance and that would continue to be our best guess for this one Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Number of guests?

Keep in mind that most NYC hotels are going to charge more for more than double occupancy (especially if all guests are adults) and/or rooms with 2 beds. As in the example above, the price for 2 guests isn't that bad for this time of year, it's when increasing the occupancy that the prices go beyond what you're hoping to spend. I assume all guests are adults (and none are on the cusp that could still be considered a child/teenager)? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  5. Are you still confident that the $82.72 3.5 star on Hotwire in Bonnet Creek as Towneplace Suites? FULL AMENITIES: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Kitchenette, Tennis, Free Parking, Pet Friendly
  6. So that we can suggest a strategy tailored to what you are looking for, what would be your desired budget per night for this stay? Are you looking only for the Doubletree or something nearby acceptable as well? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

  9. Congrats on your success. Really nice win for this W property, which is right by Navy Pier. I'd suggest trying to ask for a room on a higher floor - rooms either look towards the city or lake (upgrade) and a higher floor offers a better chance of a good view in either direction. Please let me know if you have any city questions. Thank you for sharing your win and using the site's PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches. Enjoy your stay.
  10. I needed to book it, so I did a new search through your link and got the W Lakeshore. Thanks for the help!
  11. Sorry, one last thing I do not want the Hyatt centric. Thanks
  12. Also, the links take me to the Priceline home page. Am I supposed to start a new search and book that way?
  13. I'd be ok with either of those...do you think the chances are pretty good it will be one of the two? There is a mobile Priceline deal for $89 for the Intercontinental that I was considering.

I'm seeing on HOTWIRE: 3.5* HOTWIRE Union Square West for $112.00 Free Internet Pet Friendly Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> Best guess would be the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway While there's no guarantees, given how expensive SF hotels often are - I would say looking at rates for these dates for April, there's probably more risk of rates going higher than lower. Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  15. Oops - Apologies it should be April. 4/12- 4/14
  18. Thank you. From what I can see it doesn't look like the Sofitel has a swimming pool. I'd like to stick with 4* and up I think. I see this one on PL, mag mile, 4.5*. Pets Allowed Business Center Restaurant Indoor Swimming Pool Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center Free Internet in public areas There are a lot under $100 in those areas on PL, but the above one is the only I see where indoor pool is listed.
  19. Looking at a 4* on Pricel8ne Express for Lake Buena Vista 3/22-3/23 $67 per night Pets, Fitness, Business, Restaurant, No Smoking, Internet, Pool 60% Rating Resort Fee of $31.44 is throwing me off im thinking Sheraton ORLANDO LBV
  20. Complimentary internet, Business center, Fitness center, Near beach, Oceanfront hotel, Pool(s), ResortRestaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms Happy with this hotel and its price. This is for two nights following a cruise. I was thinking we would end up with something more budgety, but this will suit us nicely for a couple of days. This hotel does have a $35/ night resort fee, but we'll have beach chairs, nibbles and welcome drinks.
  21. I'm seeing on PRICELINE EXPRESS (please confirm the correct dates of travel are showing on the detail page after clicking the links below.) 4.5* Downtown - River North (<<<---CLICK HERE to go direct to the listing) for $74 Pets Allowed Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Free Internet in room Fitness Center Free Internet in public areas >>>Best guess would be the Sofitel 3.5* Magnificent Mile -Gold Coast (<<<----CLICK HERE to go direct to the listing) for $58 Pets Allowed Business Center Indoor Swimming Pool Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Free Internet in room Fitness Center Free Internet in public areas >>>Best guess would be the Aloft Mag Mile; while not a 4.5, this would have a pool and be moderately more centrally located. Let us know what you decide and if we can be of any further assistance. I'm also very familiar with Chicago and am happy to answer any city questions. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  22. Looking to stay in Carson, CA for grand aunt's 80th Birthday. Relatives are staying at the Doubletree in Carson, which Priceline lists as a 3 star (zone 20 - Carson, Compton, Gardena). The zone list has grown quite a bit since I've last bid in the Los Angeles area. Any suggestions on bidding strategy?
  23. Hello, I am looking for Chicago hotel options for today, 3/20 checkout 3/22. We will have two adults, two children under 9. We will probably be visiting the Field Museum/Planetarium, Navy Pier, Mag Mile, Museum Science Industry. I'd like to keep it around $100 or less per night since we'll have to pay for parking. An indoor pool is key and it would be great to be in an area where we can easily access the sites we are visiting, have restaurants or shops in walking distance. I wasn't sure the best areas to narrow it down to, but I was wondering if this Priceline deal might be a good option or maybe it's too far north? Is there a way to make sure there is an indoor pool with Priceline? Downtown River North - 4-1/2* $74 Pets Allowed Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Free Internet in room Fitness Center Free Internet in public areas Thank you very much

    Number of guests?

hi, i prefer not taking the risk of being caught (since most offered hotels above have a realy small and intimate lobby). the prices offered for 3 guests are really high, i think i will wait for a better offer at this moment (hopefuly that there will be such). thanks

  26. Hi There Looking at visiting San Fran 3/12 - 3/14. Hotwire have a hot rate 3.5 stars union square west $110. I'm travelling by myslef and just looking for something clean around union square east/west, civic centre, SOMA area (so pretty flexible). Should I lock this in now or wait closer to the date for a better rate? I will use the links from betterbidding when purchasing from hotwire. Cheers

    Need Held ID'ing Hotel

Good luck, but i wouldn't wait too long as these prices seem fairly low for a 5* hotel in Vegas (especially for the guessed Cosmopolitan)... they could disappear at any time. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
