    Looking for a Disney Hotel

Are you ready to commit at this moment, as we can either: 1) provide a link directly to the offer for your dates with 3adults/1child that we believe is the Coronado, but it will expire about 30 minutes after it's posted (just the nature of HOTWIRE links to search results... they expire shortly after the search so i would only post this link if you're ready to make the purchase, otherwise it won't be of any use) 2) the full description of what we believe to be the Coronado and u search for the same within the BiddingHelper.com Let us know how you'd like to proceed.

I think I want the Coronado. How do I possibly book that? Do you have a link for it?

Help identifying 5* hotel in Rome

HOTWIRE doesn't assign a star rating to this property (could be for a variety of reasons) and there are literally hundreds of '0 star' hotels on any given search location which substantially slows down the loading of the map (often crashing the browser), so we don't display a hotel unless it has a star rating. Anyway, i have found the hotel and built a link for you (please confirm the correct hotel and dates on the landing page): Mood 44 (or THIS LINK if you need to search for alternate dates) Thanks.

I'm looking at Mood44 hotel on Expedia. It doesn't show the name when I search on Hotwire.

    Help identifying Vegas 5*

Welcome to BetterBidding! I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases to ensure you're seeing the complete amenity set and for an easy comparison of PRICELINE vs. HOTWIRE, as well as to use our new IS THIS A GOOD PRICE feature). If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: 5* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Fountains for $84.87 Free Parking Pet Friendly Boutique Casino Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Tennis Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> if this is what you're seeing, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas would be my best guess for this one Does this work for your plans this trip? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
  7. Welcome (officially) to BetterBidding! Glad to see you're pleased with the win and are looking forward to your trip. Can you please add a reply to this thread with the room rate per nite and the date(s) of your stay so we can add this information to the topic title and have this win appear in the Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins. Thank you for sharing your results and using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase. Have a great stay.

HOTWIRE and Expedia are owned by the same parent company, so you can usually find the same inventory and pricing at both sites (and our MAPS and HOTELS.com displays the inventory and pricing from Hotwire). What is the hotel and price that you're looking at from Expedia? (or you can simply use the Expedia link in this post if this is the route you decide to take)

    Hot Rates For Vegas 4/27-29

You can use one of our other sites, RateDrop, to 'watch' rates for you. You set the price you want to be notified if the rate drops, and receive an email if it gets there... a big time saver rather than constantly searching on your own (and maybe the price drops and goes back up in between your searches). Thanks for closing this thread with your decision and just post a reply here should you need further help with a future listing for this trip.
  10. Sorry for the confusion... we have it correctly listed as 'Hot Rate Hotels' in the Hotwire Coupon list and at BiddingHelper.com. I will edit the one at the top of the page now to indicate '$200+ HotRate Hotel purchase'.

    Hot Rates For Vegas 4/27-29

We decided to book the standard renovated Hotwire room rate at Bally’s since it is cancellable. We will continue to watch rates just in case another option comes up. Thank you so much for your advice and heads up on the Bally’s rooms vs Paris.
  12. The Hotwire coupon code for “new customers only” that is advertised at the top of this site’s main page will not credit $30 on standard rates. There is no mention that it is for “hot rates” only. Although, when I called Hotwire, they said it is only for hot rates. How is a customer on this site supposed to know that? Is this an error on the part of this website?

Help identifying 5* hotel in Rome

I went ot maps and hotels.com and put in rome, italy for April 20-22, i looked under the hotwire tab and nothing showed up. I haven't used mapsandhotels.com before but you're saying i can find the hotel that i saw on Expedia on mapsandhotels.com as well?
  14. Ok, I’m sorry I am almost surely am doing this wrong. BUT, I LOVE THIS SITE! And other than using the provided links on here to link to the Hotwire site to give BB CREDIT, I VERY rarely return to post results. But no more!! I’ll start doing my results. But first I have to say the entire proces is very confusing for me. And the interface on an iPad is almost unuseable at least to me. The screens pops up but doesn’t let allow any way to raise past one hotel. Anyway, I found through it and it I honestly think Hotwire was setting it up super easy. Like a major “Freebie”! But first I got the amenities: Boutique hotelBusiness centerFitness centerIndoor pool(s)Pet friendlyPool(s)Restaurant(s)Smoke-free rooms it was for the royal Somesta on the inter harbor. Great hotel 4 1/2 stars. But SUPER OBVIOUS Hotwire wanted me to get that one. They had it posted with 4.5* and had a full price hotel listed right under it. But the stilly thing was the one thesy listed was the royal Sonesta. And thy both had a 4.7 rating and they both had EXACTLY the same number of posted reviews (1838). So that was an easy obvious choice! So I hope this helps and I promise to start posting my results.
  15. Thank you for reading this. I need help identifying a five star hotel on the hot wire website for hot rate $85 a night on March 18, 2019. One night only. the amenities are free parking, boutique hotel, business center, casino, fitness center, pet friendly, pools, restaurants, smoke free rooms.

The Expedia rate should be the same as the Hotwire tab of our MAPS and HOTELS.com. Keep us updated and let us know what you decide or how we can be of further help.

Thank you for the info. I'm currently comparing another hotel from Expedia vs this Indigo from HOTWIRE. The Indigo from hotwire will toatal about $100 more with taxes and fees. I'll let you know once I decide. Thanks again!

    4.5* Bonnet Creek 5/15-5/19 - $214/nt

This will be part of a split stay using DVC points. Prefer something in the Bonnet Creek area at least 4*. Also considering using AP discount to reserve a moderate. Based on a prior post from 2018 I found it appears this property is most likely the Swan. The resort fee shows up on the final page before purchase.

Help identifying 5* hotel in Rome

I'm seeing: 5* HOTWIRE Piazza Navona - Pantheon for $271.00 Free Internet Boutique Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Spa Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Roll-in Shower ==> I'll agree with the guess of the Indigo. The $30 promotion is for new customers and I believe it's a one time only. Booking two nights separately is a risk because there's the possibility that a hotel may not be available when searching for one of the nights separately vs both together. Additionally, there's always the risk of inventory for one of the nights running out of inventory in the time between booking one night and the other. Overall, there's a risk of ending up staying in two separate hotels. Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  21. Date: April 20-22,2019 ( 2 nights) stars: 5 Area: Piazza Navona - Pantheon Price: $271 per night Amenities:Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower The "What hotel is this (click me)" algorithm predicts that the best guess would be Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George. Just want to double check if you agree that would be the guess. Also, would it be possible to book it two one-night stays separately (one for April 20, the other for April 21) and hoping to get the same hotel so that I can use the $30 off $200 , so that will bring the cost down to about $241 per night for both nights. Thanks!
  22. JEXPS, Welcome to BetterBidding! As this thread is nearly 4 years old and the OP may not see your question, i will provide some general information: -all PRICELINE reservations (unless otherwise indicated) are booked for double occupancy, after that it is at the discretion of the hotel. Even if a bed choice of 2 Queen beds (or some other configuration that can accommodate 3/4 guests) is shown, the reservation is still technically for double occupancy, although i don't know of anyone who has yet had an issue showing up with 3/4 when the room is designed to accommodate this number of guests With the above noted, a few TIPS to avoid any issues: -i would not try this at an all-inclusive property or a location where wristbands are required to use certain features (ie- the water park at Atlantis in the Bahamas) as the types of situations almost always require an additional fee for more than double occupancy -you can minimize the chances of any problems by only have 2 guests go to the check-in counter while the other(s) go begin to explore the hotel. Easier to do in a place like Las Vegas where the hotels are large, the check-in desk is not by the front door and only guests of the hotel are coming/going.... more difficult to do at a low star rated hotel in a rural area where the front desk is there to see everyone coming/going -HOTWIRE allows searches for up to quad occupancy and guarantees 'sleeping accommodations' (often means 2 beds in the room but could include a pullout sofabed or rollaway brought into the room) for everyone included in the search, so that is another option if/when a 'bed choice' with 2 beds is not offered -usually less of a risk if the 3rd/4th guests are children (the younger / smaller the better) than if the extra guests are adults Lastly, there is often 'location specific' advice. For example, a high percentage of hotel rooms in Orlando are designed for families and the hotel is used to seeing groups of 3/4/more so the risk in a family-friendly place such as this is less vs. for example NYC where the opposite is true (rooms are usually smaller, often designed for a solo business traveler, etc) If you'd like specific suggestions for your particular situation please feel free to start a NEW TOPIC with the parameters of your trip (location, dates, budget, number of guests, etc) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

    Hot Rates For Vegas 4/27-29

Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 4 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: 4* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Eiffel Tower for $90.80 Free Internet Casino Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Tennis Spa Blind Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> best guess for this one would be Bally's Las Vegas Also by using the BiddingHelper.com EASY VIEW tab you can click on the GREEN 'What Hotel is This?' button which also identifies this property as Bally's Las Vegas If you stay 'center strip' you'll be close enough to all of the above, and more, to walk. As well, there won't be any shortage of restaurants for you to choose from regardless of where you stay. This could potentially limit your offers and/or increase the price, as most Las Vegas hotels have started to charge extra for rooms with 2 beds (vs. 1 bed) and/or for anything more than double occupancy. For example, if you change your search above to 3adults you'll see that the price for this same property increases to $117/nite. However, this offer (thru the BiddingHelper.com 'regular' Hotwire tab) does offer a Bed Choice, and one of the bed choices is 2 Queens for the same $91/nite... you're not likely going to see this with most of the Las Vegas hotels, most will have a higher rate for rooms with 2 Queen beds. If you'll ultimately be 3 guests and only want to book for 2 (if the price is lower) you can simply only have 1-2 people go to the check-in desk while the other begins to wander around the hotel and check-out the different spots. I recently stayed in a renovated room at Bally's which was very nice... even nicer than the room i had the following nite at Paris. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how you'd like to proceed (or how it goes if you take the offer above) and we'll take it from there.
  26. Thank you for closing this thread with your decision and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your purchase. Please remember to follow-up your threads with your results/decisions as you receive them so that the information can best help others in a timely manner. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found it to be a good deal for the price paid.
  27. Taking a short Vegas trip - two days: 4/27-29; driving and figured staying in the center strip area is best for walking to things. Looking to keep the rate around $100/nite, not including resort fees and taxes. I think we’ve narrowed it down to: The Linq, Flamingo, Bally’s. (Do not want to get Stratosphere or SLS.) We may have a third person so looking at 2 queens. Are these the best properties to consider? Just wondering if any of these are current Hot Rates? Is it worth it to try bidding on Priceline at these hot rates on Hotwire? Wondering if The Linq or Flamingo would be better since we want to visit the promenade. But then, Bally’s is connected to Paris for additional restaurants and shops. What to pick. What to pick. Could this be Bally’s? 4* center strip- Eiffel Tower; Free internet, Casino, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Golf nearby Thanks for any help and suggestions. PS. Vets should sign up for a Salute card if staying at any Caesars property. I believe they get free parking at any Caesar property.
