I think I am ok with any 5 stars in mid beach. there is a hotel called COMO metropolitan, it is s 5 star hotel. I can see it on hot wire but not on price line. It is my least favourite from all the 5 stars hotels. If it doesn’t show on the 5 star search on price line, would it still be possible to get it when you bid?? I assume not??!!!!

If you're trying to target specific hotel(s) i'm seeing the following: 5* Mid-Miami Beach (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $375/nite with: Pets Allowed Restaurant Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> Nobu Hotel Miami Beach is our best guess for this one. Our Priceline Coupon will take an additional 5% off which gets you close to the upper end of your budget I do see what looks to be the Fontainebleau Resort Miami Beach offered for your dates from PRICELINE EXPRESS, but it's priced at $400+ per nite making it more expensive (and even further over your budget) than the 5 star above. The Eden Roc Miami Beach is still being offered and within your budget if this is of any interest. If you're not willing to extend your budget for either of your target properties, are you willing to accept any 5 star hotel in the mid-beach zone? Any 4.5 star in the mid-beach zone? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.
  4. You can go to BiddingHelper.com, search for your dates, click the "Hotwire Easy View" tab to see listings for your dates and you can click the "What Hotel Is This?" button. While the $64 listing above is a bit over the $60 limit, the location is close to Disney Springs. Thank you for keeping us updated with what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  5. You can also monitor rates at the Couryard (and any other hotels within walking distance) using our free RateDrop service. You can also set an alert for 3.5 star hotels in this zone at a price low enough to make the commute/uber ride worthwhile. If a hotel in this zone hits that price, you'll get an email notification. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you ultimately end up doing (even if it's keeping the hotel's wedding block rate)

Some of what I'm seeing on HOTWIRE: 3* HOTWIRE Disney Maingate - Celebration - Old Town for $43.00 Free Parking Free Internet Resort Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> Best guess would be the Holiday Inn Orlando SW-Celebration 3.5* HOTWIRE Disney Springs for $64.00 Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Tennis ==> Best guess would be the Wyndham Garden Lake BV Disney Springs. While a bit over budget, close to Disney Springs. Thank you for keeping us updated on what you decide and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. There is no way to guarantee a particular property when bidding - you have to be able to accept any hotel at the star rating picked in the zone/s chosen. What would be your desired max budget per night for a 5*? Additionally, the discount services are booking for a regular/non-upgraded room unless an upgraded option is offered via bed choice on PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

Hi what budget can get me a 5 stars in that area?? if I am to Bid for a 5 stars in mid beach to get the Nubu hotel.. how much my bid should be. I see that Nubu is the closet cheapest 5 stars in the area. Do you think bidding would give me a better price than the express deal. Is there is a difference in the quality of rooms you get through different booking websites??

3.5-star Hotel in Bethesda - Chevy Chase area

The hotel block came to $145 with taxes. They’re having the reception bus go to and from that location so unless it was very close, I would have to either Uber to reception or Courtyard, so probably not worth the very small savings. I’ll stick with the block and keep watching!
  14. ok, was hoping for a better hotel as I got once a while ago here Zone is LBV close to MK and / or D Springs. Don't want to go over $60 Thanks! Will check again for possibly higher price in this case.

  16. I'm seeing for 2/24 in this zone: 2.5* HOTWIRE Lake Buena Vista South for $43.00 Free Parking Complimentary Breakfast Free Internet Resort Pool Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Golf ==> Best guess would be the Quality Inn and Suites East Gate, which only gets 2.5/5 on tripadvisor. 2* HOTWIRE Lake Buena Vista South for $37.06 Free Parking Complimentary Breakfast Free Internet Pool Hi-Speed Internet ==> Best guess would be the Travelodge East Gate, which gets a slightly better 3/5 tripadvisor rating. What would be your desired budget per night for this stay? Is this the only zone of interest? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  17. Thanks @AaronJB. I thought all WDW didn't have them. or at lest was hoping..... LoL Thanks again
  18. Did now. Sorry, thought I had. :(
  19. I'm seeing a $33.75 resort fee for the Dolphin. I believe some of the All Star properties do not charge a resort fee, but other Disney properties do. The majority of the time on PRICELINE you will be informed that there is a resort fee before purchase, but there have been rare occasions when there wasn't one listed despite the property charging one. Thanks for keeping us updated on what you decide and let us know if you have any additional questions. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

    Disney World 3-5* August 27-28

sorry I THOUGHT I HAD. DUE TO WORK, HAD TO CXL TRIP
  22. And one last quick question sorry. I don't know if things have changed. But I read Walt Disney Hotels do not charge Resort Fees. So you could eliminate any If you see this message "This hotel charges guests a resort fee of USDXXX per room per night". Is that still the case? Or does WDW Resort now charge a fee? Thanks again
  23. @thereuare Wow, Thanks for the prompt reply. I have been keeping my eye on Priceline's "B Hotel" too. While it might not be "On-site", it will offer us access to magic hour and Early Fast Pass booking. However, Thanks to you, seeing Walt Disney World Dolphin as an option is something I may consider. Really Appreciate you help! When I book, i'll be sure to reply back!
  24. Please follow-up your previous Hotwire Disney hotel and Orlando WDW Hotwire hotel threads with whatever you ended up doing for each of those trips, then reply here and we will have a look at the offer above. Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Thanks.
  25. Just to add one more to see at what level when something 'on site' appeared (other than the Dolphin above, which is a Disney hotel but argued whether truly on-site or not): 3* HOTWIRE Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek for $146.00 Free Internet Resort Shuttle Smoke Free Pool Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Golf Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is our researched guess for this one Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
  26. HOTWIRE Hotel: HW 2/24 $43 2 STAR in the LBV South zone Resort, Restaurant, Pool, Complimentary Breakfast, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Golf, Free Parking
  27. Welcome to BetterBidding! (and thank you for the compliments on the site!) Thank you for a clear first post, as it gives us a great amount of information in order to start to research... A little over your budget but i think closest to what you're looking for: 4* HOTWIRE Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek for $165.00 Resort Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa ==> best guess for this one would be the Walt Disney World Dolphin Closer to your target budget: 4* Walt Disney World - Disney Springs (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $117/nite with: Restaurant Airport Shuttle Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> B Resort and Spa located in Disney Springs Resort Area is my best guess for this one 4* Walt Disney World - Bonnet Creek (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $125/nite with: Business Center Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> guess here is the Hilton Orlando-Bonnet Creek Resort I did also have a quick look at 3/23-3/25 to see if anything different appeared that is on-site and within your budget, but nothing new was offered. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know your thoughts on the offers above and if any will work for your needs (or how it goes if you move forward with any of these) and how we can be of further help.
