Help identifying 5* hotel in Rome

I'm seeing: 5* HOTWIRE Piazza Navona - Pantheon for $271.00 Free Internet Boutique Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Spa Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Roll-in Shower ==> I'll agree with the guess of the Indigo. The $30 promotion is for new customers and I believe it's a one time only. Booking two nights separately is a risk because there's the possibility that a hotel may not be available when searching for one of the nights separately vs both together. Additionally, there's always the risk of inventory for one of the nights running out of inventory in the time between booking one night and the other. Overall, there's a risk of ending up staying in two separate hotels. Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  3. Date: April 20-22,2019 ( 2 nights) stars: 5 Area: Piazza Navona - Pantheon Price: $271 per night Amenities:Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower The "What hotel is this (click me)" algorithm predicts that the best guess would be Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George. Just want to double check if you agree that would be the guess. Also, would it be possible to book it two one-night stays separately (one for April 20, the other for April 21) and hoping to get the same hotel so that I can use the $30 off $200 , so that will bring the cost down to about $241 per night for both nights. Thanks!
  4. JEXPS, Welcome to BetterBidding! As this thread is nearly 4 years old and the OP may not see your question, i will provide some general information: -all PRICELINE reservations (unless otherwise indicated) are booked for double occupancy, after that it is at the discretion of the hotel. Even if a bed choice of 2 Queen beds (or some other configuration that can accommodate 3/4 guests) is shown, the reservation is still technically for double occupancy, although i don't know of anyone who has yet had an issue showing up with 3/4 when the room is designed to accommodate this number of guests With the above noted, a few TIPS to avoid any issues: -i would not try this at an all-inclusive property or a location where wristbands are required to use certain features (ie- the water park at Atlantis in the Bahamas) as the types of situations almost always require an additional fee for more than double occupancy -you can minimize the chances of any problems by only have 2 guests go to the check-in counter while the other(s) go begin to explore the hotel. Easier to do in a place like Las Vegas where the hotels are large, the check-in desk is not by the front door and only guests of the hotel are coming/going.... more difficult to do at a low star rated hotel in a rural area where the front desk is there to see everyone coming/going -HOTWIRE allows searches for up to quad occupancy and guarantees 'sleeping accommodations' (often means 2 beds in the room but could include a pullout sofabed or rollaway brought into the room) for everyone included in the search, so that is another option if/when a 'bed choice' with 2 beds is not offered -usually less of a risk if the 3rd/4th guests are children (the younger / smaller the better) than if the extra guests are adults Lastly, there is often 'location specific' advice. For example, a high percentage of hotel rooms in Orlando are designed for families and the hotel is used to seeing groups of 3/4/more so the risk in a family-friendly place such as this is less vs. for example NYC where the opposite is true (rooms are usually smaller, often designed for a solo business traveler, etc) If you'd like specific suggestions for your particular situation please feel free to start a NEW TOPIC with the parameters of your trip (location, dates, budget, number of guests, etc) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

    4.5* in Wailea

Great, thank you for the additional information. So basically 2 hotel rooms is what is needed, which opens up the possibility of Bidding on Priceline. It comes down to how much you would like the (likely) outcome of the Fairmont (which has excellent reviews) vs. being willing to accept any 4.5 star (or higher) hotel in this zone. Using the current BetterBidding Priceline Coupon you could bring that room rate down to about $288, so how much additional savings would you need in order to make the risk of landing a different property worthwhile? Some people are looking for the absolute cheapest price so any savings makes it worthwhile to them... others like to have a good sense of the hotel they may likely receive and require a more substantial discount to make bidding worthwhile. If you'd like to give bidding a try let us know your maximum bid (using the numbers above $288 less how much discount you would need to make the 'more unknown' of bidding worthwhile) and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow... otherwise you can use this 5 star Wailea - Makena hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) which is already pre-populated for 2 rooms. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes (if you take the offer above) or how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.

    4.5* in Wailea

I apologize for not being clearer in my original post. We have 4 people and would like to have a bedroom each for two couples (2 bedrooms. we cannot do one bedroom with a living area). For our purposes, it doesn't matter to us if we have a suite with 2 bedrooms (and bathrooms ideally) or 2 separate rooms. My assumption is that the best pricing would come from two separate rooms, and that is what I would be getting with the PricelineExpress deal. It does not matter to us whether we stay at the Andaz or the Fairmont, or any of the other 4.5* hotels in the area. We would be equally happy with any of them. Thank you very much for your help!

    Looking for a Disney Hotel

... it's likely the Waldorf Astoria Orlando Only on-site property i'm seeing at the current time (other than Disney's Coronado Springs Resort) is The Swan at $233/nite, but there is no Bed Choice, so two puts you well beyond your budget. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we will try to advise further.

    4.5* in Wailea

Welcome to BetterBidding! To clarify, are you looking for: 1) is a suite that has 2 separate rooms (one for sleeping one for 'living') 2) a 2BR suite (ie- two separate bedroooms plus a common living area) 3) two 'standard' hotel rooms 4.5* Wailea - Makena (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $303/nite with: Free Parking Business Center Restaurant Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center ==> best guess for this property would be the Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui Would the Fairmont work for your needs this trip or are you specifically looking for the Andaz? The answer to this, as well as clarity on the '2 bedroom options' above, will help us better answer the question as to whether Name Your Own Price is a good option for you for this trip. (NOTE: priceline has been frequently moving/hiding the Name Your Own Price bidding page, so if this is ultimately the route you decide to go, note that we have set-up this page which you can bookmark now for easy access in the future: BiddingForHotelRooms.com) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes (if you decide to take the offer believed to be The Fairmont) or answer the questions above and we'll advise further.

    Universal hotel

Look at this info and let me know of any guesses- I’m thinking this is a hotel that Hotwire does not advertise on their site. The all suites hotel is interesting as I don’t see any that would match up to that. 3-star All-suites Hotel in Universal Orlando Resort area 1 Room, 2 Adults, 2 Children Wed, Mar 27 - Fri, Mar 29 Free breakfast, Free parking, Free internet, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center rated exceptional 4.9/5.0 reg price $293- 29% off= $209/night
  19. Welcome to BetterBidding! Please include the room rate per nite in future posts as it helps make it easier for us to find the same hotel among the offers when we replicate your search. For this Priceline Express hotel offer: 2* Williams (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $55/nite with: Pets Allowed Free Parking Free Internet available Free Internet ==> Econo Lodge Inn and Suites would be my best guess for this one Does this work for your plans this trip? If not, let us know more about what it is that you're looking for in a hotel, as well as your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes), and we'll take it from there. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. 4.5* in Wailea

Hello, Firstly, this is my first time on this site and I wanted to thank the administrators for putting this together. I am looking for 2 bedroom options in Wailea, from May 18th - May 24th of this year. I see that there is currently a Priceline Express deal for $303/room for 4.5* hotels in Wailea. The amenities listed are: Free Internet Available, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Free Parking, No Smoking Room/Facilities, Handicapped Room/Facilities, Spa, Free Internet Access. The additional mandatory fee is $500.04. Am I right in guessing that this is likely the Andaz? Any of the 4.5* hotels in the area would be fine for me. What is the likelihood of being able to get a better rate through Name Your Own Price? If you think it's worthwhile, I would appreciate your input on bidding strategies. Thank you very much.

Please keep all posts for the same stay in the same thread. Once you win a hotel, use the 'ADD REPLY and REPORT WIN' button on the upper right corner of the page to edit the topic title to reflect your win and to provide the details of your purchase. This helps keep the board better organized by reducing the number of unresolved threads that don't have any follow-up or conclusion.
