    Bidding for hotel

The BiddingForHotelRooms.com site gives you a form that takes you directly to the Name Your Own Price page. I just tried the link above and it loaded fine (as did the city, state, and dates that i inputted).... what location and dates are you searching for so i can try the same to see if i encounter any issues? Exactly what issues are you having... does the link above not load, are you able to load the page above but when you input your information the Name Your Own Price page doesn't load; at what point does the issue occur and is there any error message? PS- note that you can also subscribe to this thread by clicking the 'Follow' button on the top right... this way you will know when there is a reply made.

  9. Congrats on your success. Nice win for this well-reviewed Hyatt! Glad you are pleased and are looking forward to another stay at this property. Thank you for sharing your win and using the site's PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches. Enjoy your stay.
  10. I started at Betterbidding.com. I went up to $225 for a 4.5 star room with no success and then tried $250 for a 4 star room, also with no success. I waited a few hours and then tried again. After a couple of unsuccessful rebids my bid of $260 for a 4.5 star room was accepted by Hyatt Regency. I have stayed at this property before and really like it. This is the first time I have stayed during the summer, so the room was much higher than in the past, but I was not shocked at the price.
  11. Congrats on your success. Really nice win for this Hampton Inn property! Glad you are pleased with the result and are looking forward to your stay. Thank you using the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchase and sharing your win, helping us update the Chicago Hotwire Hotel List with this new HOTWIRE property. Enjoy your stay.

  13. Total cost $137.96. Listed price was $59/night for a king bed or standard room but used the Hotwire Coupon Getaway10 code for 10% discount making actual cost before taxes and fees of $53.10/night. Got a king bed. For $63 one could get a king with sofa bed, and for $65, two double beds Used BB HOTWIRE link. Am VERY pleased with the deal. I had booked this hotel on hotels.com last night for $105/nt plus tax so I'm saving over $100. Amenities listed were free breakfast, free internet, airport shuttle, fitness center, business center.. Hotwire listed the Trip Advisor rating as 4.5/5. Then it showed me 4 hotels, and guaranteed it would be one of the 4. Hampton was the only one that had a 4.5 rating -- others were 3.0-4.0 -- so it had to be the Hampton. It's hard to find good deals around Midway Airport -- I know the area well since I grew up in Chicago -- so I jumped on this as soon as I saw it.
  14. Welcome to Betterbidding! 😀 Really nice win for what looks like a terrific Westin property. Glad you are pleased with the result and hope you are looking forward to another stay at this hotel. Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches. Enjoy your stay.
  15. Started at $60 and added areas without 4 star hotels, increasing by $5 each time. Stayed in this hotel a month ago with Hotwire and paid $91. However, that was a Sunday, and this is a Friday.
  16. Congratulations on your success! Great to see you received the hotel you were hoping for and that you're happy with the results... a nice hotel, along with the play, should make for a nice evening. Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please click the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Enjoy your stay.
  17. I have been watching downtown hotels on Better Bidding for while because a friend and I are going to see "Hamilton". Today what I knew had to be the Van Zandt popped up as a deal for $185. It had the same stars (4), rating (9+) and amenities as the KHVZ so I clicked on it and- yep!- it is the Van Zandt. Excited to see it and stay there after reading about it since the opening. 18. To expand on the above, maybe this was the one you were looking at (as the Mirage is in this zone): 4* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Forum Shops for $108.00 Free Parking Resort Casino Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> however, best guess for this one is Treasure Island If you're looking / hoping for the Mirage you may want to look at this one from PRICELINE EXPRESS: 4.5* The Strip - Northwest (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $119/nite with: Pets Allowed Restaurant Airport Shuttle Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center ==> The Mirage is my best guess here Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help.
  19. Congratulations on your success, and thank you for sharing your win with the board, helping us update the Orlando Hotwire Hotel List with the new star rating for this property. Hope you're happy with the results and this will work well for your needs this trip. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Enjoy your stay.
  20. HOTWIRE links to specific hotel offers don't typically work on any computer but your own... and they expire about 30-40 minutes after the search anyway, which is why you need to list the full details of the offer so we can research it. Based upon the information already provided i assume this is the one you're referring to: 4* HOTWIRE Center Strip - Eiffel Tower for $106.00 Resort Casino Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> if so, this is likely Planet Hollywood... but it definitely is not The Mirage since that property is not in the Center Strip - Eiffel Tower zone; or was it a different hotel you're referencing that was in some different zone? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
  21. Previously reported as 3.5 star, now showing as a 4 star property. Amenities: Free parking, Free internet, 1-bedroom suite, Full kitchen, Smoke-free rooms, Air conditioning, Laundry in room, Children's activities, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, 24-hour front desk, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa services, Kitchenette
  22. Thanks for your help! We were hoping to find something around 500 Euros/560 Dollar for those three nights. But it seems like October is a very pricey month to visit Las Vegas and get a good deal on a decent hotel. I've looked at Hotwire and this offer and it shows a room picture from the Mirage. Price is 106$ per night, resort fee being 42$ per night. Do you think it could be The Mirage?
  23. Welcome to BetterBidding! How about: 5* The Strip - Northeast (<-- CLICK HERE and confirm your dates on the landing page) for $149/nite with: Free Parking Restaurant Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center ==> Encore would be my best guess for this one Does this one work for your plans this trip? If not, how much is it that you're looking to spend (per nite before fees/taxes)? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes, or more information about your budget, and we'll take it from there.
  24. Hey everyone, I am looking for a 4 or 5 star Casino hotel in Las Vegas for three nights from 10/14 until 10/17. I've been looking at rates at Hotwire and Priceline, but am not sure yet which one to book. Preferrably we would like a nice deal on Bellagio, Venetian, Encore etc. But we're also fine with The Mirage. Can someone help and give some good advice? Thanks!!

    Bidding for hotel

Yes, you can still 'name your own price' on Priceline. As price continues to move/hide the bidding page, we have set up the following for direct access to the bidding form (you can book mark now for future use): BiddingForHotelRooms.com If you'd like help with a suggested bidding strategy let us know the details of your trip (location, acceptable zones, desired star rating, maximum bid price, dates of travel) and we will advise accordingly... otherwise let us know how your bidding goes or how we can be of further help.
