  1. Any idea which one this is? 4* Disney Springs $114/night March 11-17, 2017 Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower It also says there is a $25/night resort fee
  2. Started bidding at $50 and got picked up at $75. It's listed for $111 on their site. The Westin is on the fringes of Old Town but looks pretty nice. I almost wish I had dropped to 3 1/2* or even 3*, I might have been able to get one of the hotels further down on King Street and maybe for cheaper. This one looks nice though. We are traveling up there for my niece's birthday and our anniversary. I usually get the Springfield Hilton for around $45 but wanted to try something different this weekend. Today I'll be trying for a hotel in the National Harbor area for Sunday night.
  3. Thanks, I'm going to try today through the link above. I'll post back with my results.
  4. Well, it looks like its gone up on HOTWIRE to $115. I'd love to beat it on PRICELINE if I could first. But if not I think even the $115 might be a good deal. The amenities on HOTWIRE are: smoke free, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant, business center, high speed internet, golf nearby. Thanks!
  5. Good morning! I'm looking to bid on a room in the National Harbor area for this Sunday the 11th for our anniversary. When I look on priceline it shows only 3 star and 4 star options but when I go to bid it shows a box to check for 3 1/2 star but I didn't see any 3 1/2 star options in the list view or on the list on here. We would be happy with either of the 4 star options I think and even the aloft which is 3 star but not sure anything about the other 3 star options. Hotwire has a 4 star for $110 which seems like a good deal but I'm not sure which hotel it is. Both of the 4 star seem nice though. I may just go with this if I can't get a good bid on priceline. Any suggestions or tips? I'm nervous bidding in a new area.
  6. I get that a lot when bidding on hotels in Springfield VA. We get the Hilton about 95% of the time adn I can usually get it for $45 - $50. I often get the raise your bid message but never accept it. I can usually up my bid by about $5 instead of the $10-$20 they usually ask for and get it accepted.
