Deal was gone by the time I went back. I was going to book 2 rooms at the $90 rate, but since it's no longer available, I booked a 2 BR 2 bath suite directly with Homewood Suites in the same area for $219. Thanks.

I was looking through my notes and realized that I had called the Griffon. They told me they were full for my dates. Just puzzling to me why they offer cut rates through third party sites for the same dates they're telling people they're full for. I also called Harbor Court and they would not budge off of $239.
After looking at it closer, you could have gotten the whole stay at the Griffon for $112/nite on LMT. Access to the same YMCA fitness center is available.
At the Harbor Court, I believe I get free wireless and fitness center with Kimpton InTouch membership. Also, I feel better about the Harbor Court because of a higher rating on HW and tripadvisor. I'll let you know how that works out.
The prices were jumping around depending on the days I was plugging in, but I finally booked it 5/20 - 5/23 (3 nights) for $136/night. And it is the Harbor Court, as you said. The fourth night is now listed at $173, but between the higher rate and $40 for parking, I may opt for a hotel at the airport the last night. Anyway, I have time to decide on that. I'm starting to wonder what the heck is going on. I can do separate nights (5/20/11 - $100, 5/21/11 - $103, last 2 nights - $140), but if I try all 4 nights together, I get nothing. Could it be different hotels?
This has become ridiculous. I find a deal for certain days, I immediately try to book and it says it's no longer available. I do a new search and it shows the same deal that they just said wasn't available anymore. Are glitches like this common on HW?
If you're willing to split your bid you can still get Harbor Court for 5/22-5/24 for $136 on HOTWIRE. Then get something else for 5/20-5/22.

I'm still seeing the Harbor Court on Hotwire, but the rate has jumped from $128 to $160--in less than an hour.:) :)
Harbor Court's the only 3* that's been reported to the board. There's always a possibility that some new 3* hotel will come up and you're the first to report it. Not likely, but possible. Or a hotel that used to be 3.5* or 2.5* gets downgraded/upgraded.
Your 3* Priceline bid could also be upgraded to 3.5*, and I think there's a fair chance of that happening.
I guess I'll keep trying on PL while keeping an eye on HW just in case. 4 stars in USE, USW, and Embarcadero up to about $150. 3 stars Embarcadero until I get to about $140. I think I'm going to avoid FW for now.
