I got the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bloomington and not the regular Holiday Inn. Perhaps it is a new 3-star addition to Priceline's options.

I made one successful bid at $65 for a 3.5 star hotel in the Keystone zone for Friday, October 14th, 2011. The total with taxes and fees is $83.37. I used the PRICELINE link off betterbidding.com as well.
I found some valuable information on this board and was able to get the hotel I originally wanted. Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel 8787 Keystone Crossing Indianapolis, Indiana 46240 317-846-2700 I bid only once for $62 and paid $17.79 in taxes and fees for a total of $79.79.
