  1. Some might say that is VERY irresponsible of PRICELINE. I would definitely suggest sharing that on the TripAdvisor Forum and definitely on Priceline's Facebook Page. The idea that the HOTEL is give the ability to decide whether or not to "opt-in" even though a HUGE percentage of amenities will not be available sounds like a very unusual business practice. Very.
  2. FYI - The link on this website for PRICELINE (thumbs up!), takes you to the full site which gives you many additional zone options (well, at least after your initial bid gets rejected) than the Priceline Phone "App" I'd been using. I'm also seeking accommodations in Key Largo end of March-Early April. Boy, there's no bargains there!!! May just do a daytrip with a bus full of sweet retirees instead!
  3. I had a GREAT stay at this luxurious hotel, although it's close to I-95, it's on many acres and set back from the street, quiet as could by their GORGEOUS pool! They even have a free shuttle that'll take you within 5 miles (to the beach, the mall, the nearby Tri-Rail Train Station which was super clean and nice for day trips. Great stay, comfy beds. Glad to help everyone out! My second post! Woo Hoo! Followed this format: TITLE: x* Region (Zone) Hotel Name SUB-Title: $xx ... m/d/yy-m/d/yy
  4. This property is now owned/managed by Hilton. Yes, it's gorgeous but very vast and nighttimes are pretty quiet/secluded here...the daytime is where the "life" of this place really is. Their private "Palomino Island" is reason in itself to book a stay here. For less hassle, request a room in the "Marina" area and you'll feel like you're staying at a private Yacht Club. Also, taking their pricey shuttle van from the airport can often be a drag as they often wait and wait for others, instead, I recconend taking a taxi-van as almost ALL taxi's in PR are van's, it'll be less expensive for your group and...no waiting! The cabs are always lined-up at the airport. FYI, restaurants at the hotel are pricey but the best one is the casual outdoor pool bar/patio by the main entrance lobby. There's a cute grocery shop right in the lobby for snacks and oh yeah, their tour desk offers terrific day trips, pricey but worth it! Go to El Yunque!!!
  5. Hi! Newbie here, eager to post about my wins but must ask, what is the benefit to this site when using the links from here? I don't understand but I'm happy to help "the cause"! Go Team!!!
