dates 4/23 -4/25 any suggestions for bid price on 5* in Warsaw, Poland?

Needs some help with my strategy for 3* hotel in Newport. 9/29 - 10/01 My initial attempt included a bid for 2 nights in Newport RI (Goat Island) for 3* hotel at $100, then added middletown for $132, and finally added kingstown for $145. No bids were accepted. Any suggestions on how to improve my bidding strategy? I'ld like to keep the price below 200. Thanks.
