We wanted to add a night to our already-booked 4-night stay in D.C. at another hotel and I was excited to find a good price on the Palomar around July 4th. I don't know what the percent recommended was for this hotel. However, this was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in San Antonio, and I've stayed at the Emily Morgan, Omni La Mansion del Rio, and Palacio del Rio. The Westin was so far above and beyond in every respect. I look forward to many more stays at the Westin in the future.

I just won this hotel on hotwire today. For my dates (3/12-3/14) and two adults it is the Westin Riverwalk. An exceptional hotel at a great price!
