  1. Sorry for the delayed response. We didn't like our options at the time and chose to rent a house.
  2. Hello, I am researching Vegas for a 5* preferably center strip area for 12/28/18 - 01/05/19. I realize the costs will be much higher over the NYE holiday. It is our family of 4, with our two younger children. Since we need room for 4 I have been focusing on hotwire. Is that the best idea? It seems like we are looking at $200+/night. My wife really wants the Cosmo or Bellagio. Since we have younger children she figures we want a room from those choices so we could watch the NYE fireworks show from the room instead of taking them out in a huge crowd. I used the helper and I thought the regular hotwire tab was supposed to show more than the easy view tab? The easy view is showing one more 5* @ $289 that the regular tab does not have. Is that normal? The normal tab only has 2 other options listed for Center Strip. Would the $289 be the Cosmo? Any suggestions on this trip would be great. Should we not even bother with priceline since we have 4? Thanks
  3. Hi, just wondering if you have any help with Clearwater Beach South 2.5 star? I am guessing there are 2 hotel possibilities for this: Free parking, Free Internet, Pool(s), Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette We are looking from 09/24/17 - 09/30/17 for 1 room with 2 adults and 2 kids. The $70/night option has those ammenities. We are really hoping for Coconut Cove since it has a full kitchen. The other 2.5 is Pelican Pointe which lists as a kitchenette but doesn't have everything like Coconut Cove. Of course when you click the $70 2.5* option, hotwire says: Book soon! The last person got the Coconut Cove Suites. I don't know how accurate that info is. It also says at the top that it is rated 4 out of 5 on Trip Advisor with (1001 - 1500) reviews. The Pelican Pointe matches that and not Coconut Cove. Does that matter? We would be staying 6 nights and are hoping to have the full kitchen that they provide. Any insight into this? TIA Steve
  4. I just purchased a Delta flight directly. Bidding wasn't yielding any results. Thanks
  5. Hi, I have been reading on here for quite awhile and I believe I have the re-bidding figured out, but I have some issues. Sometimes when I submit a bid I get the page that says "Sorry – Unable to book your airline tickets Airline availability and pricing is constantly changing and we were unable to book the flights you requested. Please select an alternative option from the itineraries below. Prices are per ticket including all taxes and fees." and there isn't a choice to change the airport or dates etc. I am starting my bids at the main page by using a city. Other times I get a different page after the negotiation fails. I receive 2 different types of emails from them. They are titled like this: A Response to Your $315 priceline.com Airline Ticket Request for 4/9/11 or: priceline.com Tips for Successful Bidding to Puerto Vallarta -- Apr 09, 2011‏. I didn't know if that was normal either. We would prefer to leave from MKE. Dates are not flexible...they are 4/9/2011-4/16/2011. The best option from MKE is $543 on Frontier and that's the total with taxes per person. I went as high as $450 with no luck. Best option from Chicago is out of ORD for $420/pp. I went up to $385 with no luck. Any help would be great. ThAnks!
