After a few tries I was able to book through the HOTWIRE link through this forum. Got Wingate by Wyndham - Universal Studios And Convention Center for $75/night (5/6 to 5/7). Thanks a lot to all of you for your help...appreciate it.

How can I see all the amenities you mentioned? Also, it says the last person who booked got Rosen Inn which is also fine for me.

I ended up booking a hotel in Bedford, PA - Travelodge bedford for $71 with pool and free breakfast. Not the best choice but it's only for overnight stay so that's OK. Thanks for all your help.

I have a 9yr old and I can drive further or earlier...the idea is to take a break after driving for around 3 hours from princeton, nj area. If nothing else works I will book the 3 star you mentioned even if it's without breakfast as long as it has pool.
