You guessed right! It was Comfort Inn New Columbia. For $75 a night it is a pretty good deal for this particular weekend. Much better than the $110 I was going to pay for the Days Inn!
Just a few miles further from Bucknell, but worth it to save the money!
Struggling to get a good rate a decent hotel this weekend! Any guesses as to what the hotel listed below could be?

I sure am!! Especially since today I saw a hotel on Hotwire with the same amenities exactly (my guess the same hotel) for $192 per night.
Hooray! It was the Westin! Booked for $125 from 3/29-4/2- website price on the Westin site is $364 for this time frame! Now to head to Priceline to start naming my own price for our last night there. We have an early flight so I am looking to spend less cash for just a room to sleep in!!
Thanks!

This hotel was $142 2 days ago and is currently $125. I was thinking it was the Westin Diplomat since the Crowne Plaza does not have spa services, but I wondered if there was any other insight someone may have. Also, this seems to be a pretty good price for the time frame. We are going to Wrestlemania and don't want to spend the $$ to be close to the beach in Miami, but don't want to have to drive there!
Any thoughts?
My bids in Priceline for $100 and $120 were denied, so I figured I would try the Hotwire route this time.
I was also looking for the answer to this. I was hoping to get this hotel on 3/29-4/3. Yesterday, the price was $142, today it is down to $125!
I also got Il Lugano for my Priceline bid of $150 for the same time period. They are 2 blocks from the beach, but have a shuttle that will take you there. I also read a review on Trip Advisor that said they have beach chairs available. I have researched this hotel in great detail and while I was at first very put off that was what my bid got me, it seems that it is a very nice hotel and the rooms are very large.
Guess I will see you there!! Now every guest I pass or see at the pool, I will wonder if it is you!! Hope the hotel works out for you!
It was less than I was planning to pay for a 3 star hotel that didn't have a beach shuttle and wasn't a suite hotel!! I have already been in contact with them, and all their rooms sleep 4- so it is a very good option for people like me who are traveling with a child.
Bid $100, then $125 for a 4 star hotel in the beach area of Ft. Lauderdale on PRICELINE with no luck. Raised the bid to $150 and, as I expected, got Il Lugano! This was only $20 a night lower than I could have gotten with the AAA rate- but not too bad. Dates of the trip are 2/28/2011-3/3/2011.
I should have started at $135, but I kept getting the "your bid is so low it has no chance of being accepted" note flashing on my screen!
This is a very nice site! I am sure I will use it frequently!
