Hotel does show its age, but very happy with what we paid on a weekend.
The hotel also sells health memberships for its indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center, so the indoor pool has 2 dedicated lap lanes.
The hot tub is not the greatest, but it's a hot tub,
The fitness center equipment is mostly 20+ years old, but is better than no fitness center.
The room, itself, felt like I was in a 3-star hotel.
Included a refrigerator (no microwave, however), individual coffee machine and the shower was easy to turn on with warm water in seconds.

This is a great price for this hotel, and right in the downtown area.
This is the one negative with Priceline/Hotwire as they blend MetroCenter and Downtown.
IMO, totally different areas. as Metrocenter is 3 miles away from Downtown.
Just checked Priceline Express Deals and this was a great deal.
I saw 1 Saturday the next 5 months, that was under $200.
Everything else was $200+, $300+ and even $400+.
Resort fee is actually $20 plus $1.85 tax, not the $18 shown on Priceline.
Yes, the room is prepaid, the resort fee is paid at the time of checkout.

I've been there many times, and the hotel common area is quite amazing, the rooms itself are 3-star, and some show their age.
Parking is now $26 plus tax, and it's best to park at the edge of the mall and walk over, if you want to avoid that parking fee.
Advertised rate for that night was $247 plus the $18 resort fee plus sales taxes.
$121.10 is a great deal for this place.
The posted $18.00 resort fee gave it away, as to the hotel name.

The rooms were nice and spacious, but the 2nd bed was a hideaway couch, which was not comfortable.
The main bed was very comfortable.

For summertime in the Nashville area, this is a very good price.
Took awhile, but noticed that prices on the Marriott website was $179/night.
It's just for one night, but read mostly average to negative reviews.
Friday, December 5th, is the Christmas parade in Gatlinburg, and the Super 8 off the strip is $70/night, and there were only 2 rooms left, at the time of my booking.
