After many weeks of bidding and being unsuccessful at my top bid of $210 (starting at $165 and incrementing $5), I am very somewhat satisfied that I finally received an accepted bid for the Aladdin. I am a little disappointed because they accepted my first bid for a 4*, today, at $185 (because I was going to top out this bidding session at $230 by incrementing $5). Now I'm going to be left wondering, could I have gotten it cheaper? The reason why I was going to top out at $230 was because my first try for a 5* was unsuccessful at $230 and Priceline stated that 5* was the best deal on the Las Vegas Strip zone. Anyway, I can cancel my Excalibur reservations that I had for $743 total, over those same dates. Here's what I received: Check-In Date: Fri, Dec 29, 2006 Check-In Time: After 03:00 PM Check-Out Date: Mon, Jan 1, 2007 Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Your Offer Price: $185.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 3 Subtotal: $555.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $70.73 Total Charges*: $625.73
