Hello. I'm traveling to Norfolk/Virginia Beach from 4/21/11 to 4/25/2011 area and am unsure which area and hotel to choose. I'd like to be close to the beach, but if there is a really good hotel in Norfolk we can drive to Virginia Beach for a better stay. There's a 3.5* Virginia Beach Area Hotel with the following amenities: - Resort - Shuttle - Fitness Center - Pool - Restaurant - Business Center - High Speed Internet Access - Golf Nearby I searched for Resorts in Virginia Beach and was thrown off a little because they seem to be oceanfront resorts and this particular one doesn't have the oceanfront or seaside label. I'm also looking at a 3.5* Downtown Norfolk Area Hotel and am a little confused because the Sheraton and Marriott that were listed seemed to have at least one thing that this particular hotel doesn't (ex. laundry). Here are the amenities: - Smoke Free - Fitness Center - Pool - Restaurant - Business Center - High Speed Internet Access I'm usually pretty good at narrowing it down using this forum, but I didn't find a previous entry so far.
