I am using the BiddingHelper.com tool and I dont see it - I see a 4.5* Union Square West as before for 135 (which I believe is the Scarlet Huntington) with the amenities Boutique hotel, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, In-room accessibility. I dont see a 4.5* Union Square East hotel close to the 124 price as before. The only ones I see are upwards of 290

I have read on these boards of Lowes Hotel de Concorde as the 4* hotel in Quebec City. I don't mind ending up with that but I am wary of Priceline now advertising Gouverneur Hotel Sainte Foy as 4* for the Quebec area. I am picking Zone 2(which excludes Sainte Foy which is zone 1) and hoping this eliminates the Governeur as a potential winning bid. Any suggestions? Any other ideas on what could be a 4* hotel in Quebec city other than the Lowes Hotel de Concorde? On a related note a number of hotels appear sold out for that weekend - is it because of Canadian Thanksgiving or something else? Thanks in advance.

Pleasantly surprised. My first bid on Priceline for a 4* in USE or USW was accepted. Surprised coz of the short notice (same day reservation) and weekend date. Yay!
