Latham Hotel 3.5 Stars, Boutique Hotel, Pool, Business Center. I recommend this hotel, it has a great locaiton and the rooms are nice and clean. The only problem I had was noise from the hallway in the morning. Booked at only $80 per night! Note they do charge for parking.

W New York Mid-Town East, 4.5 Stars, Boutique, Fitness Center, High Speed Internet, Business Center, Spa Services. Was a nice hotel, small rooms yet well designed and appointed. I recommend this hotel over the Inter-Continental across the street, only for the reason that the rooms there pick up more street noise than the W. Please add to the pinned list, booked at $165 per night for two nights, weekend stay.

Georgetown (Downtown) - 3.5 Star - Boutique Hotel / Pool / Business Center. $82 on weekend dates. Any idea on this one? I may purchase it and will post the results but 3.5 star worries me. thx!

By the way, this hotel rocks, I have used Hotwire to land this hotel several time, the customer service here is great, the rooms are stylish and sexy and you can request an upgrade for $15 for a park view room, well with the money as you will be in the towers. If you dont get a park view room, be sure to head up to the roof top pool for an incredible view, you can also walk out on the roof. Very impressive hotel overall. Trent

Dining, Pool, Fitness, Business Center, Tennis. I did research on this one which is not in the pinned lists, it seems to be the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel. Can anyone verify this? It is the ONLY one in Midtown East with Tennis and a Pool. Note the rooms are small! I would bet 99% it is this the UN Plaza Hotel.

I noticed this also! The city is almost completely sold out this weekend. Your best bet is to do last min reservations. For example I see a 4 star for $180 now, it was $1010 per night same property 2 weeks ago. Enjoy

Park Hyatt follow up, I enjoyed the stay, typical four star hotel. Pool hours were limited. The location was great. Amenities include Restaurant/ Pool/ Fitness Center/ Business Center/ Tennis. Enjoy.

Great location, one of the best! Rooms were more European style, not really impressive after saying at Hotel Nine Zero. Exercise Room and Dining were the only amenities I recall.

Park Hyatt has good reviews, I have not yet stayed there. I know the location which is great for me, not in the center of any area, its in between Gtwon and the Mall, easy cab ride, walk or metro! Normal price is about $295.
