The standard room rates at HOTWIRE:

Tropicana $135
MGM $145
Monte Carlo $143
NY NY $145
bid up to $90 for a 4* for this 24HR period and still not accepted. holy moly!
anyone know what 5* in the south vicinity would be accepted? I'm thinking vdara ? any other ideas what it might be ?
yep i did notice that there is a resort that pops up when you pick it, so i knew that wasn't a rebid zone.
Bid in increments of $2 to $5 from $50 up to $109.
good stuff, but damn its the dates after i am looking for.
yes using rebid zones with $2 increments..
trying to do a 4* also in the Las Vegas Strip Vicinity South. But right now rebid zones with a 4* is like only 4...
Bidding up to $111 today did not work.. no bites..
Did up to $95 for this 24HR Period and it did not get accepted. I will try again tomorrow. Maximum bid would be about $120 per night for a 5*. Goal is least expensive 5* in either zone for the dates listed.
Thanks!
anyone know what time zone is the 24HR part in?
Preference 1:
Las Vegas Strip Vicinity South
Preference 2:
Las Vegas Strip North
Bid up to $82 tonight & still no dice. Anyone know what percentage from Hotwire prices will get accepted as a Priceline Bid?
Is it 20% or 10%, even less?
Thanks again everyone betterbidding has not let me down!

I really dont want to stay far from the circuit but if I have to, then I will... Ill even drop to a 2* ='(
my desired budget would be like 85-95 for a 4* and of course cheaper for a 3.5 - 3*.
