  3. This a really good hotel in a great location! I have stayed here before and am happy with price! FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access
  4. Aaron - I haven't stayed at this hotel, but it looks nice! We are going to the David Gilmour show. So excited!!
  5. Looking for dates March 19 - March 20 Magnificent Mile - Water Tower $80 - (80% recommended) FULL AMENITIES: Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower $87 - (90% recommended FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access Just curious, where do these recommendation percentages come from?
  6. I followed your instructions to Add Reply and Report Win, twice, but it didn't update. I didn't know if I should post here or create a new win and have you merge the 2 together. FYI - the button is in the top right-hand corner, not the bottom. So here is the information. I booked two rooms at $107 each for Hotel Allegro. April 8 - April 9. FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower
  7. I see a 3.5* hotel in Chicago Loop for $89.00. Given there is a pool, it matches La Quinta Inn and Suites - FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Indoor pool(s), Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Internet access I'm certainly not looking for a guarantee for a certain hotel, I just wondered if I would ever get another 3.5* hotel in that area with a pool, for example, that is not listed on the BB hotel list.
  8. I haven't purchased the above hotel as I am still looking. Can you help ID a couple of 4* Chicago Loop hotels? (Allegro?) $107.00 - FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower (?) $150.00 - FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Spa services
  9. I stayed at this hotel a while back and really liked it! It's unassuming from the outside, but nice on the inside. If I remember, it's a 3.5 star, but it's as nice as some 4 stars I have stayed in.
  10. Tonight I went back and looked at the $116.00 on Hotwire and the text balloon says that the last person to get this deal got Club Quarters, Wacker at Michigan. It has a 91% rating and seems nice. Thoughts? I have stayed at the Hard Rock before and I really like that hotel. For this trip, I don't care as much about the actual hotel as the location so I wonder if I should bid in the Loop for a lower price on a 4* hotel.
  11. I see a 4* $116.00 per night (April 8, 2016) in Downtown Chicago Riverwalk (haven't see this before). The full amenities on BiddingHelper.com are: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower. It has an 85% rating so I am thinking it might be Hard Rock, but Hard Rock is showing up as the Loop on the HOTWIRE list. The other one I see for the same date is a 4* $132 in Chicago Loop. It also has an 85% rating. The full amenities on BiddingHelper.com are: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower If I am wrong about Hard Rock Riverwalk, then this could be Hard Rock or maybe Allegro? Given there is 4* hotel for $116 in Riverwalk, I wonder if I could do better if use NYOP on PRICELINE with a starting bid of say $90. Just curious.
  12. I was bidding on a 3 star hotel in Downtown Nashville and added an area that was listed as 2 star (Antioch). The bid was accepted so clearly the list will need to be updated. The hotel is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch. This is very disappointing. I have always had good luck with Price.line bidding. I contacted Priceline and they refused to help. I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company and will stick with PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals, if I use Priceline again.
  13. No results were posted as we ended up not needing a hotel room in Boulder for this trip.
  14. I am looking for a 4* hotel in Downtown Phoenix for March 26 - March 31. A friend who lives there suggested the Clarendon Hotel. I don't know if I can count on that if I bid a 4 star, Priceline or otherwise. On Priceline Express I see 2 hotels listed, one of which I think is Sheraton since it's on your Express Deals hotel list. The other is 4.5 star and has no amenities listed. The only 4.5* hotel Priceline has is the Biltmore, so maybe that's it. For Hotwire, I see 2 (4* hotels). One of them is boutique, so I assume that is Clarendon, but the rate matches some of the published rack rates so that is not a deal at all. The other at $158.00 a night might be Hyatt or Sheraton. Have you seen the Clarendon booked through the traditional bidding process? Sometimes the hot rate or express deals are just as good so I may end up with another choice if it's a deal to good to pass up. I know there are no guarantees, but some guidance would be great for this area.
  15. I hope it's not too late for the information, but these are the amenities listed on my PRICELINE EXPRESS confirmation: Free Internet (in Public Area) Gym Restaurant Business Center If I follow the link to the hotel information page on the PRICELINE site, it shows Top Amenities as: Wireless internet connection in public areas Exercise gym Business center Restaurant Parking Cable television Room service
  16. I started out bidding with Price.line, but when I reached more than $100 even with a 3.5 star added, I realized that this pricepoint on PRICELINE EXPRESS was a really good deal for a 4 star hotel. Just be aware that they do have a $32.00 fee for parking so be sure to build that in to your budget. As always I used the PRICELINE links from the Better Bidding website.
  17. Looking at Boulder for one night on 10/13/2014. A couple of the hotels I am interested in are not showing on the Priceline or Hotwire Colorado list. They are Hotel Boulderado and Boulder Marriott. I still might bid for some of the others that are listed, but wanted to check first. Any ideas?
  18. I didn't have the usual luck with a good 4* rate, but given the timing (less than a week) and Riot Fest in town the same weekend, I had to change my strategy. I moved to River North (I normally try and book The Loop) and added 3.5* and got this hotel. I am sure it's the one listed at $131.00 on PE, but hey, $11.00 bucks might pay for an extra beer or two ;). I think it's really the best deal all things considered and the reviews are good. As always, I followed the PRICELINE links from this site.
  19. Thank you for showing me that, but even with the extended list of amenities, I still don't see Casa Moderna Miami Hotel and Spa listed on the Hotwire hotel list for Downtown Miami. Maybe I am missing something. The only 4 star hotels listed are: Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel and Marina InterContinental Hyatt Regency At any rate (no pun intended) I did purchase the hotel in question using the HOTWIRE link from BB and got the Casa Moderna Miami Hotel and Spa for the $156. I went to the hotel site and it looks terrific! Thanks again to BB!
  20. The amenities are: Free Internet Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Internet access
