4* Manhattan Jan 31/07 to Feb 3/07 Grand Hyatt $121 plus 72.49 in fees Total for 3 nights 435.49 I wanted to stay in Mid town, so that opened a lot of possible bid areas. Toronto 2.5* Downtown $85 accepted May 24 1 night I wanted to spend a max of $120 and it HAD to be downtown. I worked up through 4* to $120, then 3* to $120 all rejected. Hello; I would like some help please. I need a room in Downtown Toronto. I bid up on a 4* to $120 with no luck. I tehn re-tried on a 3* up to $110 (I could only find 2 re-bid zones. I would ideally like to: a) Keep it in downtown and :) Keep it under $120. I am willing to move down in star level, but I don't know how to do that. Thanks. Mark

Hello; I would like help with the pricing strategy for Dallas (Arlington Grand Prarie). They have 1,2,2.5 and 3 stars. I would like a 3 star. There are only 2 other areas in Dallas that have lower star ratings (East Sallas and Fort Worth) so there are a limited number of re-bids. Thank you for your help. Mark
