Canman- I was trying to bid for 12/30-1/2 this weekend and was unsuccesful. Here's my bidding history: South Beach Resort- up to $160 4* - up to $160 3* - up to $140 2.5* - up to $110 2* - up to $100. Miami Beach Resort - up to $160 4* - up to $160 3* - up to $100 I ended up booking the 2.5* Greenview Hotel for $105 through Quikbook. This is really a steal for these dates. The hotel looks to be in a great location and has decent reviews (for a 2.5* hotel) at tripadvisor. A quick check for your dates shows that Quikbook has 3 rooms available for your dates, but not 4. It's a prepay rate, but you can cancel for a $10 fee, so you can keep trying Priceline for a few more weeks. If I were you, I'd grab those last three rooms as quickly as you can, because I really don't think you'll ever get anything with Priceline and most SB hotels have 3-5 night minimums and sky-high rates during New Years. No, the amenities are as I listed in the opening post. No pool. The 4.5* hotel coming up with a pool is the Westin. I knew that the Brown Palace participtaed with HW becuase it was listed in the Vacation Packages. However, since the Westin was also a 4.5* and almost always has a lower price than the Brown Palace, the BP usually isn't offered. I discovered last night that when I changed the Number of Adults in the room to 1 from 2, the BP would trump the Westin as the 4.5* hotel. I just tried again and couldn't duplicate it, so maybe I just got lucky last night....

Was excited to see this incredible hotel come up!! Amenities listed: Restaurant, Fitness Center, High Speed Internet, Business Center. BTW- I was able to get this hotel to come up by changing the # of guests to 1. If Guests is set to 2, the Cheaper 4.5* Westin was offered instead. This is probably the nicest hotel in Denver, so I'm pretty pumped to be able to stay here!
