I used the PRICELINE link to win the 2.5* Wingate By Wyndham - Orlando International Airport for $33. Intially bidded $31 rejected. Then I added Winter Park and I was accepted at $33. PRICELINE link used!!

I won on priceline the Miami Airport Wyndham 3.5* for $45 a night. The dates of lodging are June 27 -July 2, 2010. This is something to consider.

No, you can only use the priceline coupon for stays or 2 or more nights. However, the limit is 10 nights for this coupon. You also have to have to bid at least a 2* hotel for this coupon to be used. WarSad

Wyndham Mia Airport for $45 June 27- July 2 (5 Nights) Won the Wyndham Mia Airport for $45 June 27- July 2. I was actually upgraded to a 3.5* hotel. I was only bidding 3* b/c, I was hoping for the Residence Inn airport. So, I am a little disappointed in the outcome. Nevertheless, this is a steal at $45 per night. I started at $40, and then $42 and then $45 accepted by the Wyndham Mia Airport for $45. I am wondering do this hotel offer upgrades to Priceline customers. Has anyone ever been successful at obtaining an upgrade to a suite at this Wyndham? If so, what tips would you suggest for me to get an upgrade at this hotel? I thought that this hotel (Universal I-Drive North) Double Tree Universal was a 3.5* not a 3*, were you upgraded?

I will use the PRICELINE link to start my bidding. However, I am not sure of how much I should bid for a 2.5* in DT Miami, b/c I have won 3.5* in DT Miami for $58 for a August stay. So, what would be a good stopping point for my 2.5* bid? As always I will use the PRICELINE link to start bidding.

2.5 Miami Downtown: June 27- July 1. I am looking for a 2.5* hotel in downtown Miami. I have not seen any 2.5 star hotel(s) in DT Miami listed on the forums. However, I have noticed that 3.5* hotels are won routinely in this area. I have seen the 3.5* Marriott in this area won around $55. Thank you any help would be appreciated!

Miami Downtown 3.5* Marriott Biscayne Bay 8/20 - 8/21 1 night Initial Bid was 4* $60 but of course it was rejected, change star rating to 3.5* and lowered bid to $55 and got the Marriott Biscayne Bay 8/20 - 8/21 1 night . I also noticed that there is a $30 a night fee for parking. Does anyone know of any parking alternatives for this area? Always bid using PRICELINE link!!

Aaron, thank you for clearing up the purpose of travel insurance. Many people think that if "they decide not to take a trip they will be reinburst of the fees and cost. Not the case at all.

Dates were Thursday Jan 14- 16, 2010. I thought that I had posted this in back in Jan. Accepted bid at $58 per night. Parking was $25 per day. They also added a $6.00 charge for water usage. So, it seems that hotels are getting creative at assessing fees to your overall bill when you win via PRICELINE / HOTWIRE. Used the PRICELINE link Georgian Terrance Hotel 3.5*

Hey, I was thinking that the Marriott was a 3.5*. Were you upgraded to 3.5*?

Umm. I have always thought of Rodeway Inn as a 1* hotel at best 2*. I do not think that it is nowhere close to Quality Inn (2.5*) In cases such as this will PRICELINE provide a partial refund.

How did you like the Crown Plaza? Is it a true 4* hotel.
