The location of this hotel was amazing. The Galleria is right across the street. Cumberland mall is located directly behind this hotel. The room was outstanding with tons of space. There were televisions in both the sitting room and bedroom. The televisions appeared to both be LCD 37 inch TV’s. The bathroom was fairly large. The room was both spotless and quiet. Moreover, I loved the idea of the pull out sofa in the sitting area. There was a charge for parking, however I have no complaints since the room rate was so practical. I would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. It is really is on par with many 3.5 star hotel. Nice Sleep number beds, 37 in LCD t.v. So, I think you will enjoy this hotel. WarSad

(2 rooms) Airport zone Jacksonville Crowne Plaza $38 3.5* Nov 6-7 First bid of 38 dollars accepted. I was bidding for a 3*. However, I was upgraded to a 3.5*. I was hoping for the Hyatt Place. Oh well, I guess I will have to settle for this wonderful hotel and great deal. PRICELINE link used..

3* Hyatt Place- Buckhead $40 11/19-/11/23: Fri-Tues 2 rooms Started out with $34 bid on 3* in Buckhead. Rejected rebidded at $36, $38 and $39 with free rebids but those all rejected. I knew $40 was probably the magic number since another post had already posted the $40 win but thought I might be able to get it a few dollars cheaper. Nevertheless, it was accepted at $40 at Hyatt Place in Buckhead. I have never stayed here before however, I have heard that this hotel has free parking and in Buckhead. That is nearly unheard of (Free parking in Buckhead). The rack rate was $94.00 on their website. Used PRICELINE link. Also, has anyone ever stayed at this particular Hyatt place? If yes, how was your stay?

Fulton-Gwinnett (Duluth) Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place $51 October 2-3 I started intial bid at $45. Worked my way up to $51 with free bids and it was accepted by the (Duluth) Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place. I hope I wil enjoy my stay.. Used PRICELINE link as always!

Fairly nice hotel. I stayed there over the summer. Pretty good breakfast! They also offer a Manager's reception Monday-Thursday.

Residence Inn Atlanta Alpharetta 3* $38 Sept 4-6 Won on first bid $38 accepted by Residence Inn Atlanta Alpharetta. Used the PRICELINE link. I hate when I win on the first bid! But, for only $38 I am happy. However, the rack rate is only 59+tax. But still a good deal! WarSad

Athens , GA: Hotel Indigo 3* $58 Bidded $48 first night, 52 second night, 55 third night and fourth night $58 finally accecpted. I had to rebid in 24 hour segments b/c this town only has 1 zone. Very pleased with results. Looks great online. PRICELINE link always used!!

Next time you bid for Atlanta bid in Galleria zone 3.5*. You can get nice hotels for about $32 -$38. Usually, Hyatt suities. However, Marroitt sometimes comes up also. Nice areas..

Would you consider staying in the Ponte Verda area. There is a amazing hotel there 3.5* Marroitt Sawgrass TPC. You could get it for about $55 a night. WarSad

I have stayed at this hotel on a few nights. Your mother should enjoy this place. The rooms are HUGE! It is actually a two room suite. It has a living room and a bed room. The rooms also has a mini wet bar, frig, 2 t.v's. WOW!! You are a huge winner in this deal. Don't feel bad about not using the coupon, it would only knocked your total down to $87 for 3 nights! However, you still got a great deal. Thank for your post!

Jacksonville Southpoint 2.5* $27 July 2-4 Bestwestern (JTP) 2 nights First bid was $25 rejected the area was Jacksonville Southpoint. So, I added Amelia Island Zone and increased my bid to $27 and it was accepted by the Best Western JTP. I was praying for the Wingate Inn. But, I only paid $27 a night so I will not complain at all. Are there any other parking options in this area other than using Courtyard's parking options?
