This property being a 3.5* came as a surpise to me. In fact, I wasn't aware this zone had 3.5* properties. I stayed here last December and am quite happy to be returning again. All-in of $210 is 60% off website's retail (which in itself is a very fair deal for this time of year).

Started with $40, PL countered at $50, Won on second go at $45. $214 with taxes and fees. A great property.

First bid. Had chased the same date higher a couple weeks ago - guess it was too soon. Retail about $200. Very pleased.

My guess is the Hyatt Place Old Town -- Nice place and a good location. And a great rate for early April!

A last minute booking. Started off with a $38 bid. Was rejected but The Negotiator (Kirk) countered at $11 higher. Passed on that and added a thow away zone along with a bid of $42 which was accepted. Used the BB PRICELINE link.
