  1. Not sure if I need to create a new topic or not, but a new hotel popped up on Hotwire today that I had not seen before. Same dates and area but this time a 3* All-inclusive for $212 Amenities A la carte dining Beachfront hotel Free activities Free entertainment Free food and drinks Free parking Free premium drinks Free water activities Resort Any ideas? I do have a popup when starting to book this hotel 'Book soon! The last person got the Breezes Bahamas - All Inclusive' Could that be it?
  2. Thank you for your help! We were already considering the Hilton so that would be a great win if it is this resort. Would love your feedback on the Hilton and any other resorts we should consider. With two small kids staying back at home we are likely NOT interested in doing much other than eating and laying at the pool or in a beach chair. Ha How is the beach at the Hilton since it is kind of in the bay/harbor? Are there a decent amount or restaurants/shops within walking distance?
  3. Hi everyone, I would love help identifying this hotel in the Nassau Area. According to the Bidding Helper Easy View: Free Internet, Resort, Near beach, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Tennis nearby, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility Originally $220/night $17 per night per person resort fee 4/5 on Trip Advisor Any ideas? The only 3.5* I see in the Hotwire list is Breezes. Thanks for your help!
  4. Hi Landon, it was pretty simple. But as Aaron said, there is no guarantee to which hotel you will get. I bid for a 4 star in the Westminster area for $88 a night. I immediately received an offer for $120 US /night. After a few minutes of gritting my teeth, I accepted the offer. I hope you get the same hotel, it certainly looks awesome. Steve
  5. FYI, This hotel is not open yet. It is opening in March. The Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool are set to open in 'Late Spring 2010' Hopefully they will be open by the time we get there.
  6. I accepted an offer for a 4* London Westminster Hotel at $120 / night for 4 nights (5/3/2010 through 5/7/2010) through the PRICELINE Link. The hotel turned out to be the Park Plaza - Westminster Bridge: 200 Westminster Bridge Road London SE1 7UT, England Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: US$120.00 Subtotal: US$480.00 Taxes & Fees: US$97.52 Total Charges: US$577.52 Booking directly through the hotel site runs about $993 total. I believe this is a new hotel, it has no reviews on TripAdvisor yet. I am pumped, looks like we got a great location at a great price for a brand new hotel! I look forward to the stay! This site definitely gave me the courage to try the bidding feature, Thanks!
