  1. hotrate last minute booking. 4*. their website had rate at 225/night.
  2. used many rebid zones. love this site. thanks. I've been using it for a long time. I always click through your site to get to PRICELINE / HOTWIRE.
  3. PL express hotel had this hotel for 86/night with higher fees. Saved only a little money but tried for the homerun. Started bidding on PRICELINE at $40, 4* in the Theater District, then added Downtown. Used multiple re-bid zones and worked way up to 77. Great hotel. I've stayed there a few times before.
  4. Winning Bid $79.00 Bid on Downtown Boston, Boston Common, Back Bay 4* started with $50/night. worked with rebid zones, multiple rebids until I hit $79. Great deal!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Used your PRICELINE link. Tough and expensive night in Portland Maine for that night. Rooms near the water are going for more than $300 per night. This hotel was listed for $208 on their website. Very happy with this deal.
  6. Started with $65 and was offered a counter of $93 so used the free rebid zones and ended winning at $87. Lowest rate on website is $159 per night. Love this website, have been using it for years. Thanks
  7. I think there are some BIG concerts that week. I heart radio concerts I think. I ran into the same thing and ended up getting the Trump. I'm curious why you don't want Trump. Now I'm nervous.
  8. I have been looking in SF for 9/30- 10/2 myself. The pricing is definitely higher than what I have seen other people posting for other dates. I have bid up to $175/night for 3.5* starting in Fisherman's wharf (1st choice), doing my rebid zones, then even including USE and USW and Soma (all good areas) but no luck. From my experience, 1) it may be timing, believe it or not, I could be bidding too early, so I stick to my pricing and just redo every day. Worst case, a week out, I'll grab a Hotwire deal. 2) I have had luck before investigating which is the busy booked night and then I divide up my stay (risk is you have to change hotels during your stay). This has worked for me before and I still ended up with the same hotel, just different pricing. So if I have to pay 200/night for Saturday and 120 for Friday, the average is still a good deal. Just my thoughts. Marc And I always use the links above. This is a great website.
  9. Not my favorite hotel, should not be a 4* in my opinion but good price for the area. Used the PRICELINE link above. Love this website.
  10. Could not get 2 days in a row here, so had to break up my stay. Unfortunately my 2nd night is at a different hotel. Used the PRICELINE link above. Got a great deal for this hotel. room rates are $235/night.
  11. Used the PRICELINE link above. Started at 50/night 4* Morristown/Florham Park and added Parsippany 4* then added 3.5* and got upgraded to a 4* at 68/night.
  12. just got this. used the PRICELINE link above. thanks for this website and Happy Holidays.
  13. 2 things to try--- 1- try resort. i'm not sure if PRICELINE upgrades to resort from 4* 2- split up the nights- i had to do that when i was down there. I ended up winning a bid for the Hyatt (great place) for $100
  14. glad I could help. This is a great website and by sharing info we all benefit.
  15. Great Deal... Started at MTE 4* $120 received a counter offer (my first ever) for $160 included MTW 4* $125 declined included Time Square 4* $130 declined included Central Park South 4* $135 and won the Grand Hyatt in Midtown East. Great deal. Called the hotel and the best rate was $330/night. I clicked on the PRICELINE link above as always when I started my search. Note: There is a 4* through Priceline for the Madison Square Garden- Convention Center. Your hotel list needs to be updated. Thanks. This has become my favorite website.
  16. Nice hotel, rate online is $210 with advance purchase. I used the PRICELINE link above.
  17. tried bidding on 3.5* first and then countered by adding 3* and kept same price and won. We have a corporate deal there for $140 + tax, so $55 is a sweet deal. I used the PRICELINE link above. Thanks for keeping this website.
  18. This weekend presented a problem. The World Championship of Boat racing is in town this weekend and vacancy is limited. I was able to break up the days to get the Hyatt Key West for $100 (for 11/15-11/17) and $105 (for 11/17-11/21) but had been unable to get the Hyatt for 11/12-11/15 even for as high as $167/night. The Hyatt is going for $585/night on their website. This website is great. Again Thanks. I posted the Hyatt priceline victories earlier and I ALWAYS use your PRICELINE link above.
  19. just won this. for some reason Saturday 9/18 was a lot harder and more $$$ to get in Boston versus Friday. This will complete my weekend with Friday night's priceline win of the Copley Marriott (already posted under different thread). I did go through the PRICELINE link above (as always).
  20. Just won this! Planning on staying 9/18 also but combining nights would not work, so I broke out the days separately. I have used all rebidding zones and have not been able to get anything in Boston for Saturday night for up to $120 (3.5 and 4*). I will start tomorrow again to try to get something for Saturday. Yes, I did go through the PRICELINE link above. always do. Note to admin- there is a new zone- Aquarium which has 2.5 -4*
