  1. Welcome to Betterbidding. looks like you have the bidding process sorted. Just a few pointers. What does HOTWIRE have for that date? Usually a good indicator of what's available and at what price (PL is usually lower). If I've read it correctly then he counter offers indicate that the 4* winning bids will be about. Kensington $100-$110 Nottinghill $130 Is the Non opaque B&B cancellable? Good luck
  2. Welcome to Betterbidding. As you can see from the previously reported hotwire wins list this hotel has not been identified. My other seacrhes have also revealed nothing I'm afraid. Thereuare may be able to help If you chosse to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck
  3. You can always do a 'dummy' bid to see how much extra the fees and taxes come to. IIRC no 5* Las Vegas hotels charge a resort fee. It is usually (unsurprisingly) the resorts that do this. BTW I edited your post to tidy it up. If you reply, then to NOT have the quoted previous post use the lower of the two Reply buttons, labelled "Add reply"
  4. Looking at the previously reported Hotwire Hotels List this could be either the Hudson or the Novotel. My best guess is that it is the Hudson. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  5. Hi Can you confirm it is a different hotel to the 3* Park Plaza Normandie San Juan as on this list? If so I'll add it as a new hotel. Ta
  6. Welcome to BetterBidding. 1. At present the only reported 5* hotels are the Venetian, the Palazzo and TheHotel at Mandalay Bay. There could be more (the Bellagio came up years back) that are not being won or reported. 2. When you place your bid for a hotel the next page shows the Total cost which will include taxes and the Priceline fee so nothing is hidden when you hit 'Submit'. However 'some' hotels will charge you a 'resort' fee when you arrive which can be up to $15 per day so do your research and take this into account.
  7. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
  8. Yes. It uses the same database of Hotels, obviously the prices are in

  11. Welcome to Betterbidding. What is your maximum budget? Previous wins by others can only be a guide as hotel prices vary due to several factors. What does HOTWIRE have for your dates? This is usually a good indicator of availability and price now. Do you understand the concept of 'Free Rebids'? You have at 4* 3 free rebid areas which could give you 8 rebids if you use the permutation method.
  12. Welcome to BetterBidding. Looking at the previously reported Hotwrie wins for Nashville shows the 3.5* could be the Sheraton Music city 3* in Brentwood could be the Brentwood Suites 3* at the airport is not ID'd 3* Downtown Nashville - Vanderbilt University - Metrocenter is not ID'd If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  13. Hi I only see a 3.5* hotel in that area (at $69) on HOTWIRE with Fitness Center ,Pool(s) , Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access, Tennis Nearby
  14. Welcome to BetterBidding. Look at this thread regarding when to bid on Priceline. Basically if your plans are firm then start bidding. Thereuare will be around tomorrow to give a strategy I'm sure.
  15. Welcome to BetterBidding. Thank you for reporting the win for this 'new' hotel. It has been added to the Pricelne Hotel List. Enjoy the stay.
  16. Welcome to BetterBidding. Looking at the previously reported hotwire wins 3* in So Beach may be either the Whitelaw Hotel OR Hotel Chelsea Or the Chesterfield. IMHO the first two are more likely than the third. I've no idea about the condo. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  17. Have you seen the Priceline Re-Bidding Explained thread? If you have 3 areas in which you want to stay at the 4* level then you have in fact quite a few rebids if you use Permutations. However if you have reached your maximum budget with the 4* bidding then you would have to lower your standards maybe. What does HOTWIRE show for those dates? Usually a good indicator of prices for Priceline BTW The lock out period for PL is now 24hrs.
  18. Hi. This hotel has not been identified yet. Howevre IMHO this could be the Tour d'Auvergne Op
  19. Welcome to BetterBidding. I can not see the 3* as you have described it. The closest I get is a 3* with Laundry icon and 3.0 from 40 Tripadvisor reviews Looking at the previously reported wins The 4* may be the Emily Morgan Hotel If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  20. We need the dates of your stay in order to help. Have you seen the Hotwire Hotel List? If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  21. Welcome to BetterBidding. Looking at the previously reported wins it could be the SpringHill Suites Orlando Convention Center. That's my 70% best guess. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  22. Welcome to BetterBidding. Looking at the previously reported wins list the 2.5* could be the Hotel Shelley. That would be my best guess also. No idea on the 3* I'm afraid. BTW Ignore the it's a red herring. HOTWIRE has actually said that this is the price shown is for a hotel of that star class in that zone... not the actual hotel you will be receiving. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
  23. Welcome to Betterbiddng. Tough call this one. It has not been ID'ed on the list and there are no other pointers. I have done a search on Tripadvisor with the keywords "Hotwire+Orlando+3*+Condo" This has brought up the Blue Tree Resort That's my best effort at this late a stage. If you choose to use HOTWIRE then please use the support link. Good luck.
