2* Breezewood $65 - no, add Bedford $70 - no, 3* Bedford $85 no, add 2* Breezewood $80 - yes Problem: BestWestern.com offered a lower online price [nevermind any cost savings from Priceline] - without the extra service fees. Called Priceline customer service - and as EVERY other time I've dealt with them, they are HORRIBLE. Took about 30 minutes and 2 agents, including a supervisor [all the while they're making all sorts of claims about how there's nothing they can do] before they agree to refund the difference + $25. Only they're refunding them based on the BASE price of the hotel, while retaining their extra $10 service fee. So in reality they only refund you $15 - a complete fraud from what their guarantee says. And in a typical Priceline screwup, the hotel received the confirmation as a request for a smoking room with 2 beds. This Bestwestern is really a motel, and I believe only the breakfast makes it rise from a 1*.
