  1. I am looking for a hotel with an airport shuttle. We are leaving early in the morning. I would have to get to the airport at 4:30 am. I am little concerned by the limited hours and fee. Please help id the following hotels. Seatac Airport (SEA) area 2.5 stars $115 Free internet Airport shuttle Restaurant(s) Golf nearby Seatac Airport (SEA) 3 stars $132 Free internet Pet friendly Airport shuttle Fitness center Restaurant(s) Business center Golf nearby Accessibility Accessible for visually impaired
  2. Amenities: Free breakfast, Free internet, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom
  3. I am tempted to go with this hotel based on the high reviews. Downtown - Coal Harbour, Convention Center, & Stanley Park area 2.5 stars $188 Free breakfast Free internet Boutique hotel Smoke-free rooms Accessibility Accessible for hearing impaired Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom I would be nervous bidding on a 2.5, but it has 90% recommendation rate.
  4. I went up to $200 with no luck for 4 stars. I switched to bidding on 3.5 stars. I used all the combinations for 3.5 up to $200. I did start getting the bid again immediately page for $245 for both the 3.5 stars and 4 stars. What is plan B? I am thinking about getting a hotel where I can cancel.
  5. I would like to be under $200. I am familiar with how to re-bid and adding zones. That was going to be my plan. Thank you for all your help.
  6. What rate would be realistic for a 3.5 and a 4 star in either Downtown zone? I am looking for August 2- August 5th.
  7. Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour Amenities: Pets Allowed Restaurant Indoor Swimming Pool Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center Ha! Clearly I am disappointed that it is not higher level star hotel. I can not edit the win to a 3 star. It is a good location with good reviews online. It is a good thing I did not start this trip with a budget. Hotels in the Pacific Northwest have been higher than expected.
  8. I bid for a 4 star hotel in downtown. I was up to $118. I am nervous to go with a 3.5 star because of location. We will not have a car, so location is more important and the map is large.
  9. Amenities: Free internet, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Business center, Golf nearby, Kitchenette. Accessibility
  10. I am looking at Downtown Victoria July 31st - August 2nd. Priceline Express: Downtown Victoria 3 stars $124 Pets Allowed Restaurant Indoor Swimming Pool Free Internet available Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center When you click on the link, it says other guest got Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza Hotel. Hotwire: Downtown Victoria 3 stars $128.85 Internet access, Pet friendly and more
  11. We ended up going with the Express deal 3 star for $63 per night. It was Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East.
  12. I tried bidding online. I was adding zones and increasing by 3 to 5 dollars, but I was getting close to this Express deal. 4* Chicago (Loop- Grant Park) 07/06/19 -07/07/19 $84 Free Wifi In Public Areas Pets Allowed No Smoking Rooms/Facilities Fitness Center Accessible Rooms/Facilities Business Center Restaurant Free Wifi
  13. No luck so far.... I am up to $80. I do not like that the Sheraton is across the river. It does not offer breakfast and there are no breakfast places within walking distance. I am not sure how hard it is to find parking and the cost of parking every time we leave the hotel. The prices went up for the Priceline express deals from last night. Once the prices go up does the rates typically fluctuate or continue to rise? Hotel listings are saying 1 or 4 left, so I am thinking the news is not promising. I am starting to rethink my desire to stay downtown. Get a nice dinner and keep driving to save money might be our best choice. What is your best guess for this Priceline Epress Deal? Jeffersontown East Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) for $63 3 star Free Parking Business Center Free Internet Indoor or Outdoor Pool Fitness Center Hotwire: Jeffersontown East 95% rating for $65 3 stars Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East (best guess) Free Internet, Indoor pool(s), Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Golf nearby Thanks for all your help! This website has saved me a lot of money.
  14. I started really low due to a number of locations that did not have 3.5 *. I went up by 2 to 3 dollars. My last bid was $60. What hotels am I bidding on and how high will I need to bid? I want to stay downtown. On Hotwire there is a hotel for $98 with 3.5 stars. Shuttle, Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Pet Friendly Free parking may make this worth it.
  15. I was really hoping for the Graduate. I went with the gamble and lost on location, but won on price. First bid of $57 was rejected. I got a counter offer of $67. I decided to keep bidding. I had to wait because of limited locations to add. The next morning I decided to go up by $2.
  16. I hope not because I paid too much! The express deal was a 3 star. I bid and won a 4 star hotel.
  17. Hi, I tried bidding for a 4 star downtown. I started at $76 and got up to $101 with no luck. I am curious about this express deal. 3 stars Asheville Downtown July 31st - August 3rd $104 Amenities: free internet, parking, breakfast, non-smoking, bed choice, business center, fitness center, pets allowed, swimming pool with 9+ rating I would prefer a higher star hotel, but free parking, swimming pool, and a high rating has piqued my interest. Thanks for your help. I used links on this site for all my travel searches.
  18. What is your best guess for the 4 star hotel in Historic Biltmore Village with pets allowed, restaurant, internet, fitness, and business center with 8+ rating? Last question today! I am considering bidding on it, but I have no idea.
  19. I got an email that I could bid the exact same bid in 2 hours for 4 stars downtown ($101 pets, internet, restaurant, 8+). Does that mean I am close for 4 star in downtown? Should I bid the same price or wait or bid lower in 24 hours? I also decided to try for what I am guessing is the Grand Bohemian (4 1/2 stars pets, restaurant, fitness center, internet, and business center) in Historic Biltmore Village. I am willing to pay more because it looks like an amazing hotel within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. I started at $106 and ended at $136. Sorry for all the updates and questions. I am not sure if I should have started a new thread.
  21. On Priceline I put in a low bid of $61 for a 3* downtown 08/02/17- 08/04/17. It was rejected. I could bid again, but did not want to add $25 or another area. The Hotwire property went up to $192. This morning it was gone, but this afternoon it was back to $184. I ended up going with the CityFlats hotel for $175. Location Location Location! I can cancel before July 31st, so I will keep an eye on websites for last minute sales. I will update this if I end up changing my plans. I used the links for PRICELINE and HOTWIRE
  22. I would not mind paying a little more to be within walking distance from Founders. CityFlats is $175 on other websites. I am a little nervous to bid on Priceline and end up being North at The Grand River. That seems to be the express deal. $80 free parking, business center, indoor or outdoor pool, fitness center, free internet, non smoking. That would be a huge savings, so it may be worth paying a taxi.
  23. 3* Downtown Grand Rapids 08/02/17- 08/04/17 $184 FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette 100% Recommended Price seems high. I am very curious.
  24. Amenities: free breakfast, free internet, indoor pool(s), smoke free, fitness center, business center, self- service laundry The other Hotwire hotel went up to $165 for an extra $10 I decided to go with the nicer hotel. I also was not having much luck on Priceline. I compared parking fees for different hotels ranging for $10 -$32. I am happy with my hotel. It would have prefered to save some money, but I am sure we will enjoy our stay. Thank you for all your help
