  1. You are right. Priceline categorizes it as a 3 star hotel.
  2. Got accepted at the first offer. Might be able to get it for lower price, but I am happy with $38.
  3. I accidently selected 3* when trying to bid on 4* star hotel >_< I guess the offer price is high enough that priceline gave me a boutique hotel. I called priceline right away, but they refused to make any change.
  4. hotwire offers $58 for 3 star (I assume it's also Sheraton). Based on hotwire's price, I tried offer $48 on priceline, got rejected, re-bid at $52 and got accepted. Also, I live in Canada, using AMEX with canadian address has no problem bidding.
