  1. I searched several times over the past few days. About an hour after I booked a hotel for a different date in a different city, I checked my email and I had a $10 off coupon. So it actually ended up $141 plus taxes and fees. 3. Thank you! Yes, it was exactly the hotel I wanted. Plus, it was listed as 90% recommended and included a bed choice, so I didn't feel like I could lose either way. :)

  5. What a great rate for the Cosmopolitan! That place is fabulous, the bars are fabulous, and the gaming floor is fabulous. (I'm sure the rooms are fabulous too, but haven't stayed there since I get comped through Caesars.) Make sure you try one of their many martinis while you are playing, all complimentary! Especially their Cosmo (duh!) and their Chocolate Martini is great too! :)
  6. We already had a comped reservation at Paris 2/6-2/11 but wanted to now add Sunday for the Super Bowl since GREEN BAY LOST! Yay!!! Anyway, Hotwire is nice enough to let you know before you finalize your booking if there is a resort fee or not. So, that helped narrow it down further. 7. Sorry I forgot to add the amenities.... They were: Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access It also said 90% recommended in customer reviews.......
  8. I would not recommend any 1* hotels in Chicago. Yuck. For $10-20 more, you could have a 3-4* on NYE.
  9. Btw, I originally was getting $76 for this same 4* search, but switched computers and started a new search and got $74... Assuming I was still going to get the same hotel, but who knows.... Was seeing a lot of Hyatt Regency's around this date and was hoping for that, but will just be there for 2 days and 1 night, so it will be fine...
  10. I am trying to russian roulette and see if there's any chance for me to get this hotel and I cannot get priceline to even give me an option to search any Ohare option. I can't even search Rosemont where the hotel is actually located. I think they have removed the Ohare option, but for some reason they have Midway. Can you tell me what you actually searched to get this hotel? Thank you!!! :) Stephanie
  11. Hooters was not in the 3* list earlier today. I printed it and it's not there. That's why I didn't expect it. Also, what recourse do I have that they are now saying there is a $10 resort fee per day. They said it is collected by the hotel, but there was no mention of it beforehand.
  12. Oh and the Hotels.com window pops up with Hotwire now. That said I could have gotten the same hotel for $4 less per night without Hotwire fees. And could have gotten several mid-strip (actually on strip) for the same price or less. Oh well, live and learn. I'm still leaving Minnesota for Las Vegas with free airfare!!! Yay warmth!!! :)
  13. Well, I thought I was going to get Excalibur or Bill's, but got Hooters.... :) Hooters must be a new addition to Hotwire... Ammenities listed were: Casino, Pool, Restaurant, Golf I actually think it is bull*** that HOTWIRE can call Hooters a "south strip hotel" when it's not even on the Strip. Oh well. At least I'm not using my comp nights to the good places!
  14. 3 1/2* was already listed as a "great deal" so I didn't even try for 3* or adding additional areas because I wanted to stay at Hyatt Lisle anyway and it looked to be pointing me towards that. Got it on the first try. If I had more time, I would've tried for less but I needed it for tomorrow and didn't have a lot of flexibility so it worked. I love this board!!! :)
