To follow up, I've ended up booking Talking Stick for $97/night for 2 nights, July 12 & 13: 4-star Hotel in North Scottsdale This Hotel features the following amenities: Free Parking Free Internet Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) High-Speed Internet Access Spa Services Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower My original post referred to one night, but I switched to two. The rooms at TS are great and the lack of resort fee is a big plus. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the help! I went ahead and booked the REFUNDABLE AAA rate at the Hotel Burnham for $129/night. I'd still like to snag a 4* downtown for less than $100/night though. I will keep checking Hotwire and bid occasionally on Priceline.
