I looked at the priceline forum and according to a post from yesterday they still consider the Sheraton to be a 3.5* - but apparently hotwire has upgraded it to a 4*.
Thanks for the post - I was looking at the 4* quote in that area and thinking it was probably the Viceroy based on the list on this site. Now I think that is probably the Sheraton with a changed star rating.
I am looking at the same thing on hotwire. Viceroy is the only 4* listed on this site in that zone - but the 4* that shows up does not have the "boutique" identifier - so not sure if it is the Viceroy. If you find out please post here.
